S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605x605mm, complete all as specified.

Hangers 4 mm dia G.I (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified.

M&L 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screws

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated/semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings

Dismantling rafter/timber unframed scantling 40 Sq cms and over in sections in any position

Ditto as item above but in fillet, rails, posts rafters, purlins etc under 40 sqcm in section, fixed in any position.

S&F mild steel rolled section of grade Fe 410 (Gde E-250) quality A as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails ; and similar works fixed with and incl. angle cleats or other connecting plates all as directed by Engr-In -Charge.

S & F 0.50 mm thick pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of an having.colour on exterior side tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to walls fied with self tapping screws as specied and conforming to all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 12 above but plain sheet as in ridges

Removing Existing water proofing treatment, including bedding concrete etc complete, cleaning the surfaces with wire brushes, removing dust, foreign material ,scrubbing down with water and rubbish off the same beyond the Defence land.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0(using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for but on roof slab as required to fill up the undulations to maintain smooth slope (avg thickness 25 mm.)

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on roof surfaces mixed with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: WP compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for filleting and benching, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges.

M&L for cleaning the plastered/concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under: (a) Apply bitumen primer at the rate of 0.27 litre per Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 and bonding bitumen of VG-10 @1.20 Kg per Sqm. (b) APP modified water proofing memebrane as per IS 16540/16532-2017, 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.50 kg per Sqm reinforce polyster/HMHDPE matt black finish over compatible primer/bonding bitumen and finish the top surface with bituminus aluminium paint @0.10 Ltr per Sqm complete all as specified.

S & F of CPVC pipes 25mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including taking down of 20 mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified.

S&F of 25 mm dia CPVC brass elbow complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm gde coarse agg) as in 100 mm thick hard standing surface is to be finished even & fair whith out using extra cement including brooming down whilst concrete is in green.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in Chajjas, balcony roof drop etc in cement mortar 1:4 incl finished even and smooth including taking down all as specified and all as directed

(a) For plants girth not exc 5 cm
