Labour only for cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of grrove with cement morter 1:3. complete in all respect,

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sq.Meter all complete as directed by EIC.

M & L for PCC work of 1:2:4 ratio with 12.5mm graded aggregate as directed by EIC. ( Brand of cement : ACC, Ambuja, Ultratech of its equivalent )

M&L for 15mm thk. 1:3 ratio new cement plaster ( Brand of Cement : ACC, Ambuja, Ultratech of its equivalent )

M&L for roof treatment using 5 layered APP based polymeric membrane ( centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE flim sandwitched on both side with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE flim ) minium weight 3kg/sqm and minium 3mm thk,. by first priming the roof surface with bitumenous primer confirming to IS : 3384 applied @ 0.40 kg per Sqm followed by application of hot bonding material of blown type bitumen 85/25 grade applied @ 1.60kg per sqm followed by laying of APP membrane using bitumen buten torch and sealing all joints and preparing the surface all complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for fixing of PVC (SWR) 110 mm dia pipes single socketed in any lengrth with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for PVC (SWR) 110mm dia junction single (single T) equal or unequal with access door all complete.

S&F of PVC (SWR) 110mm dia bends , complete in all respect.

M&L for doing 3mm thk, neat cementing, All complete in all respect as directed by EIC. ( Brand of cement : ACC, Ambuja, Ultra Tech of its equivalent )

Taking down old damaged plaseter in cement lime or cement mortar for any thickness at any height all complete in all respect.

M&L for painting double coat with heat resistant paint over surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick stone etc, exceeding 10cm in width or girth all complete in all respect ( Brand of paint : berger, Dulux, sika or of its equivalent )

Removing the demolished building material outside the premissess.
