Taking down carefully point wiring (light, fan, socket, etc.) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, sockets, etc. and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sq.mm of FRLS grade PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade as per IS-694 drawn through and including PVC cassing and capping (not less than 20mm wide) complete with all acessories including PVC board/box of suitable size for mounting of switches, sockets, regulators, etc. including 1.5 sq.mm stranded copper conductor cable FRLS grade PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth continuity conductor for one light point controlled by one way switch complete by maintaining the colour code complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No. 2 here-in-before but for one ceiling / exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch.

Note: Necessary excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.
