Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of IBMS system at RMC Data Center in RTTC, Kanpur Road Lucknow. SH Rectification of defects and CAMC of IBMS System.

Sub-Head-I Fault Rectification- Removal of Initial Defects and making good the Existing installed IBMS, ACS , CCTV, AFS, FSS and PA system i/c S/F of following defective parts including integration with the existing system etc complete as required. (1) Replacement of defective indoor fixed Dome camera IP based Network Camera :Plastic Housing, Up to 2592x1520@25fps, IH+265/H.265/H.264, Min. illumination Color: [email protected], 120dB WDR,Smart IR Range: Up to 50M Support tripwire and perimeter, Built-in Mic, SD Card Slot, Reset Button Operating Conditions -35°~65°, 0~95% RH, POE, IP67, Camer Resolution 4 MP Camera Range 50 MMax. Camera Resolution 1920 x 1080,Model Name/Number I-HIB4PI-LS,Sensor CMOS (Make Pelco/Schneider/Honeywell or SS )

(2) Replacement of defective NVR with a new NVR of 4 Channel NVR with 4 TB HDD, H.265/H.264+ codec decoding, Max 32 Mbps network access bandwidth Max 4 channel IP camera inputs, 1440p resolution preview & playback HDMI/VGA simultaneous video output. (Make Pelco/Schneider/Honeywell or SS)

(3) Replacement of defective Addressable Smoke Detector with a new addressable analogue MULTISENSOR / MULTICRITERIA type UL Listed photo cum thermal detector with solid state design, i/c LED mounting base, mounting bracket etc. base box and loop in and loop out gland as per requirement.

(4) Re-Programming and Testing of the Existing Fire Alarm System and the alarm from Fire Alarm Panel should flow to IBMS (as per IO Summary) for hardwired integration and should give a Pop-Up Visual indication at IBMS work station. the firms offering soft integration for above with BMS System is also acceptable without extra cost.

(5)Replacement of Sealed & maintenance free Battery for Fire Alarm System Panel 7 AH 12 V i/c connectinon etc as required. (BSNL Approved make)

(6) Replacement / necessary repair / reprogramming etc complete as required of existing defective microprocessor based controller of ACCESS Control System : Controller Make Schneider/JCI/Honeywell : IP door controller 128 access levels, 255 holidays, 127 time zones Card reader formats: 128 Wiegand format support Dedicated power fail alarm and tamper alarm Real-time clock with support for geographic time zones and leap years Embedded web server to configure network attributes RS485 multi-drop connection for downstream panels 2 onboard I/O readers, controller database for real-time access control decisions Operating temperature range: 0 to 50° C

(8)Job work complete as per site requirement: Providing / making good ACCESS Control System : iClass Reader Make HID/Honeywell : For Main Door :64-bit authentication keys are extremely secure. Readers and cards require matching keys to function. All RF data transmission between the card and reader is encrypted, using a secure algorithm. The key management system reduces the risk of compromised data or duplicated cards. (9)Job work complete as per site requirement: Replacement of defective ACCESS Control System by providing : Master Biometrics Reader for Allow Visitor Make HID/Honeywell : Users can choose the level of security to meets their needs: card and PIN; card and fingerprint; card, PIN, and fingerprint. The finger pad at the bottom center of the biometric unit offers ease-of-use for either right or left-handed enrollment.The location of the finger pad is compliant with ADA standards.The bioCLASS RWKLB575 read/write contactless smart card reader with keypad, LCD display, and fingerprint biometric verification.LCD display providing feedback on user finger placement and defines custom menu keys.Fingerprint templates to be stored on the iCLASS card and not in the reader, ensuring increased security, faster throughput, easier system management, for the biometric reader and reduced concerns over individual privacy.

(10)Building Management System : Make Schneider : Intergation of existing BMS with 03 No. Split AC On/Off Command and Status, 3 No Temperature & RH Sensor monitoring, Bms Web Graphics Modification, Re-Mapping Energy Meter Intgration, Re Programing of All Controllers, Re-Mapping PAC Integration, Re-Mapping UPS Integration etc complete as per directionand satisfaction of engineer in charge. Note: Agency is requested to visit the site before quoting their rates .The firm has to ensure complete functioning of IBMS/BMS system as per satisfaction of engineer-in-charge and nothing shall be paid extra in this account.

(11) Sub-Head-I CAMC of IBMS System- Comprehensive annual maintenance of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) i.e. Addressable Fire alarm System (AFS) , Access Control System (ACS), IP CCTV system, BMS, Public Address System (PAS), Fire Suppression System (FSS), but excluding gas refilling, cable conduit etc. as required as per specification attached.On Call Service : if any breakdown occur call will be attendant within 24 hour, and Health checkup on monthly basis. The services will be provided whenever there is specific complaint received in event of any failure of the systems or malfunctioning observed in respect of system or its assembly or any component thereof. In case a breakdown in any service occurs and response for fixing the specific problem that may occasionally arise. Preventive Maintenance: Vendor shall carry out at least 04 (Four) Preventative maintenance services/year during the Agreement period besides break down services. Vendor will also verify the functionality of all equipment’s and shall certify in writing under the qualified technician authorized to do so that all associated equipment are in serviceable and working condition at all times. Parts/components of the system which need replacement/repair shall be replaced/ repaired with suitable part component without any extra cost. (As per dettailed inventory and specifications attached)
