40mm thick granite flooring rubbed and polished to granolithic finish, under layer 34 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size and top layer 6 mm thick with white, black, chocolate, grey, yellow or green marble chips of sizes from 1mm to 4 mm nominal size, laid in cement marble powder mix 3:1 (3 cement : 1 marble powder) by weight in proportion of 4:7 (4 cement marble powder mix : 7 marble chips) by volume including cement slurry and curing complete : 11.12.3 Medium shade pigment with 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement. (green)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) mix icludong carriage of material complete job.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)
