Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars,etc,but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n/exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing the demolished material from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including Cement Mortar bedding(but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters(without taking off shutters from frame) not exc 1.50 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out holdfasts shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes up to 100mm bore, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required

Taking down existing water proofing treatment incl PCC padding, plastering, etc complete from roof surfaces and repair existing doubing out complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store of size of pipe 15 mm bore laid on floor or wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store of size of pipe 25 mm bore laid on floor or wall complete all as specified and directed.

Roughing surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.50 Kg/ sqm and10mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). Applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm and providing Atactic Polyoropylene polymer (APP) modified five layered prefabricated waterproofing membrane with thermal fusible properties on both side having minimum 3.00mm thick and unit weight not less thaan 4.00kg /sqm reinforced with non woven spun bonded polyester reinforcement < -2 C cold flexibility. The layer of the membrean shall be laid using butane torch and seailing all joints properly ,leaving no bare edgs or end of APP membrane and finishing the surfaces with trowel or otherwise to obtain a unifrom surfaces . The minimum side lap and end lap shall be kept at 75mm and 100mm respectively . The membrane shall be laid over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.300 kg/ltr per sqm made by the same membrane manufacture after necessary surfaces preparatory works such as cleaning the surfaces throughly,shapping mouth of outlets including cutting grooves (50mm x50mm) in parapat and inserting edgs of membrane and mending goods damage by sand cement mortar (1:4) and shall be finished in all respect as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The laying of the membrane shall be got done by authorized applicator of the membrane manufacturer.

40 mm plain Cement concrete type B-0 ,1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in two layer (each 20mm) , in leveling course as in roof including chiken wire mesh size of 20mm x 20mm and thichness of mesh 0.91mm provide between the layer of PCC and even and smooth without using extra cement with false grooves at 450x450 mm complete all as specified. Note :- Chicken wire mesh measured and paid separately in Item No. 14.

GI chicken wire mesh any size & dia laid & fixed with tinny tacks in between 40mm thick PCC padding,Junction of columns/beams & walls etc wherever required, complete all as specified and as directed,

Vitrified chequred ceramic tiles in floors of size 300 x 300 x 10mm thick with approved pattern as in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed ceramic tiles 450 mm x 350 mm x 7to8mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting /dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqare/ rectanglear) area of each tile exc 0.18sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor finished rough to receive topping layer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete, 1:11/2:3, type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floor, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, shelves and like, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, floor and roof slabs and shelves, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but not exc. 10cm wide, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use & waste of Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing horizontal or slopping similar work not. Exc 200mm thick, and flat fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Granite work with 16-18mm thick slab, table rubbed and polished, in steps, window cills, cooking platforms and like in single piece set in neat cement slurry and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortor (1:3) including taking down of existing slab, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) white complete, including connection to drain pipe and to flushing pipe antisyphonage pipe etc, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Vitreous China urinals, pedestal type, half stall (back or corner wall type), complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement. (Exclusive of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe) Vitreous China Urinal, Half stall type, white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over including one coat of 1 to 1.20mm thick wall care putty over a coat of alkali resistant cement based priming paint, complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of distemper with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over including one coat of 1 to 1.20mm thick wall care putty over a coat of alkali resistant cement based priming paint, complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on new/undecorated wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old or previously painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in -charge .

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
