Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:1½:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels.rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and Dowel bar and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc.(M-20)Same as above but when thikness of CC is less then 20 cm. (without dowel Bar)

Providing and filling in position rubbererized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joint in road /pavement including Groov cutting as per norms etc All as per direction of ingineer in charge

M-150 Brick on edge pavement on parties with bricks, laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope, and its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm. (3/8") depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all materials, labour Tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
