Note : (i)The Following works shall be executed through authorised DG MECHANIC from service dealer nominated by the DGSET manufacturing company and necessary test certificate/service report itemwise to be sumbitted to GE office before claming RAR payment by the contractor.(ii) The spare parts /items for which makes not mentioned below shall be procured from dealer of make of DG set mentioned and enclosed as Appendix A alongwith this BOQ.

Material and labour for Servicing of Kirloskar/ Cummins Engine of 30 KVA capacity by de-carbonating the engine, opening the cylinder head of the engine cleaning the head, bottom plate and draining out engine oil and draining out water from radiator, adjusting the tappet timing, setting rocker arm, calibrating of FIP nozzles and aligning of engine with alternator including replacing of one set of head gasket, piston rings, piston inner valves, valve seat complete all as specified and as directed.

All as described in item No. 7 here in before but servicing of Kirloskar Cummins Engine of 10 to 15KVA capacity

Supply and fix in repairs 4 pole three phase contactor with everlink terminals for Generator AMF panel, 415 volts, 60A contactor and connecting accessories complete including taking down old un serviceable contactor of any type and size and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in repairs External battery charger for 12V and 24V batteries and charging current requirements 5A to 10A and connecting accessories complete including taking down old un serviceable battery charger of any type and size and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.
