Supply and delivery of 2.0 TR Split Type, Non-Ductable Air-Conditioning Machine complete with Indoor Unit (IDU), Outdoor Unit (ODU), remote control, standard accessories and all components required for satisfactory operation, conforming to the Technical Specification and applicable Indian Standards. The offered AC machine shall have a minimum 3-Star BEE rating and shall comply with the applicable BEE Standards & Labelling requirements. Room-wise distribution: Bed Room - 1 No.; Lobby - 1 No.; V.I.P. Room - 1 No.; V.V.I.P. Room - 1 No.; Conference Room (largest room on the floor) - 2 Nos.

Erection & Miscellaneous Supply Part :

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the above mentioned AC Machines to the satisfactory operation as directed by E-I-C, together with miscellaneous supply of all required Refrigerant Pipe (Copper) with suitable insulation, interconnecting Cable, Water Drainage Pipe, suitable ODU stand, necessary electrical wiring/cabling from the designated DB/AC power point to the AC machine including termination and required accessories, and any other item not specifically covered above but required for successful execution in all respects as per site requirement and manufacturer's recommendation.
