Schedule 'A' Section - I

REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE 32MM AND CONVERSION/ REPLACEMENT WITH PLY TOP (As per Drawing No. FD-220)

Long rail;- Re-threading and fixing with elbow after removing and cutting the long rail all as shown on drg and as directed.

Short rail :- All as per description at ser No 1.01 above but to short rail.

Legs :-All as per description at ser No 1.01 above but to legs.

S & F long rail to charpoy GI made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade conf to IS:1239 Part-I of lengh 1.9 mtr after removing the old one.

Cutting , threading and fixing of short rails obtained from long rails at ser No 1.04 above as per drg after removing the old one.

Cutting , threading and fixing of Legs obtained from short rails at ser No 1.05 above as per drawings after removing exising unservicable legs.

S & F of check nut 6mm thick 32mm dia GI to the long rails after removing the old UNSV chek nuts.

S & F 32mm GI elbow 3 way medium gde ISI marked after removing the old UNSV Elbow.

S&F ply wood 12mm thick BWR type size 1980X930 after tightining of frame all as specefied with provision of flat iron of size 40X6mm,900mm long 2 Nos with 65mm long 6mm dia nuts and bolts 8 Nos with washers after drilling complete all as specified after removing the old unservicable nylon newar from charpoy.

M & L for welding to steel frames of furniture articles such as chair CB steel with arms,chair CB steel without out arms, chair verandah, table office clerk steel, form with out back, steel almirah, Table dining OR's, Locker bed side steel etc, including fixing of parts in proper position by preparing the old welded surfaces. welding shall be done through gas welding, the thickness of the metal to be welded n.exe 16 gauge. Length of welding n.exe. 25mm in each point, all as directed.

Repair to Chair CBA steel (As per Drawing No. FD-75M)

S&F MS flat iron of size 500X20X3mm with gas welding to chair 2 nos under the seat and joining both ends in each chair CBA steel duly painted with one coat of synthetic inamelled paint OG shade over a coat red oxide

Seat frame made out of 2nd class hard wood (Hollock) of dimension as shown on drg duly polished, woven with 2mm wide plastic cane in true Godrej pattern to chair CBA Steel

Back frame made out of 2nd class hard wood (Hollock) of dimension as shown on drg duly polished, woven with 2mm wide plastic cane in true Godrej pattern to chair CBA steel

S&F arms Made out of 2nd class hard wood (Hollock) of dimension as shown on drg to Chair CBA steel.

M & L for preparation of old painting surfaces of any description width or girth including cleaning/scraping old painted surfaces with blow lamp etc denting & filling the depression with putty and rubbing the surface there after and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray machine to steel items complete of colour/shade as directed by Engr-in-charge and as required :-

Repair to Chair CB Steel (As per Drawing No. FD-75M)

REPAIR TO ALMIRAH STEEL MEDIUM WITH SHELVES (As per Drawing No. FD-1032)

Removing unserviceable shelves of almirah Medium steel & material & labour for providing new shelves made out of PBI sheet 1mm thick cold rolled duly painted with spray paint synthetic enamelled OG/smoke grey over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface & fixing the same with MS clamps,nuts & bolts as shown on drg.

Removing of unserviceable locks, supply & fixing of new lock of approved quality as required having 3 way locking device & duplicate key all as specified in drg.

Removing of unserviceable Tala plates, supply & fixing of new Tala plate of approved quality as per drawings.

S&F of CP steel handle & to make the locking device in proper function as specified and shown on drg.

S&F of legs(foot rest) made out of 18G MS sheet to almirah medium steel as per drg after removing the old one

S&F of MS clamps made out of suitable size mild steel flat iron with suitable nuts & bolts as specified in drg.

Removing unserviceable moving rod of almirah medium steel and S & F new moving rod 8mm dia of required length as per drg including making it functional after painting with OG Paint synthetic enameled over a coat of primer.

M&L for preparation of old painting surfaces of any description width or girth including cleaning/scraping old painted surfaces with blow lamp etc denting & filling the depression with putty and rubbing the surface there after and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray machine to steel items complete of colour/shade as directed by Engr-in-charge and as required :-

REPAIR TO CHAIR VERANDAH (As per Drawing No. FD-256/ 259, 359)

M&L for re-canning of chair verandah with cane plastic half round 4mm wide in matt pattern superior quality as shown on drg and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painting surfaces of any description width or girth including cleaning/scraping old painted surfaces with blow lamp etc denting & filling the depression with putty and rubbing the surface there after and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray machine to steel items complete and colour/shade as directed by Engr-in-charge and as required.

REPLACEMENT OF CUSHION FOR SOFA SET 4/5 SEATER

M&L in replacement of foam cushion size 560x530x100mm, 40 density. Make: Sleepwell/Durofoam duly covered all over with tapestry cloth superior quality not less than Rs 350/- per R/M as approved. A suitable chain with hook and runner of approved quality one side of the cushion will be provided of the required length as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Removing the unserviceable leg and providng the new leg made out of 1st class sheesham wood seasoned of size 30x50x362mm high and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

Removing the old broken top rail and providing the new top rail made out of 1st class hardwood sheesham of size 20x40x380mm and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

S&F in replacement of table top for Peg table after removing the old unserviceable top made out of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side sheesham faced and other side white balancing confirming to IS-3097 including sheesham wood beeding 6mm thick fitted all around duly french polished as shown in Drg and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Preparation of surface by Removing of existing polishing mark scratches from all exposed wooden surface to make clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with polish to bring the surface to require glossy finish and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to Table Centre [ As per Drawing No. FD-274 ]

Removing unseviceable leg and providing new leg made out of 1st class hardwood sheesham of size 60x30x356 mm and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

Removing old broken top rail and providing the new top rail made out of 1st class hardwood sheesham of size20x50x900mm and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

S&F in replacement of table top for table centre after removing the old unserviceable top made out of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side sheesham faced and other side white balancing confirming to IS-3097 including sheesham wood beeding 6mm thick fitted all around duly french polished as shown in Drg and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Removing unserviceable legs and providing the legs of size 150x45x45mm made out of well seasoned sheesham wood and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

Removing unserviceable stiffener and providing the new one of size 235x40x25 mm made out of 1st class well seasoned sheesham wood and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

Removing unserviceable top and providing/fixing the new one made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board of size 900x380mm with 4mm thick sheesham wood beading on front side and fixing the same in its original position.

Remove the ply wood from the back of the mirror and providing the new one made out of 6mm Green ply BWR commercial and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

Remove the unserviceable broken mirror and providing the new one of size 1220x365x5.5mm thick as approved by Engineer-in-Charge and fixing the same in its original position.

S&F in replacement of table top for table dressing ladies after removing the old unserviceable top made out of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side sheesham faced and other side white balancing confirming to IS-3097 including sheesham wood beeding 6mm thick fitted all around duly french polished as shown in Drg and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

POLISHING TO WOODEN FURNITURE : M&L for preparation of old polished surfaces of any descreption width or girth including cleaning , removing oily spots, ink dots etc and polishing with french polish for glossy finish to the entire satisfaction of Engr -in- charge the tint of polish shall be exactly same as of existing polish colour of furniture or as approved by Engr-in-charge.
