Terms & Conditions 1. The quotation shall be accompanying with the Brochure/data sheet stating the make and model of pumps and starter. 2.The completion time of supply and installation shall be within 45 days. 3. No advance payment and the payment shall be made on receipt of invoice after effecting the supply and installation.
Vertical Inline pumps
Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of Single stage centrifugal coupled type pump set with axial suction port and radial discharge port, bronze impeller, mechanical seal, three phase TEFC squirrel cage motor with IP 55 protection, Class F insulation having a speed of 1450 rpm for chilled water circulation having the following duty conditions as per specifications along with vibration Isolators/rubber bellows /MS supports arrangements. Motor shall be suitable for VFD operation. (Vertical Inline pump with suction guide and other accessories). The pump shall be supplied with suitable star delta starter with SPP,OLR and Auto/Manual facility as required. The accepted pump make shall be Amstrong/Xylem/Grunfos and starter make MUG-10 of L & T.
Variable vertical inline Pump with Head of 15m and flow rate of 100 Cu. Per hour.
Supply and installation of the Chilled water pipe of suitable size for suction and delivery side as required at site condition. The charges shall be inclusive of insulation, gladding repairing and supports and any repair work for available HDPE chilled water pipe of 150mm dia.
Supply and installation of following electrical accessories in suitable manner to commission the pump.
32 amps 4 pole MCB with suitable MS enclosure.
4 core 6.0 sq.mm copper conductor armoured UG cable
3 core 4.0 sq.mm copper condctor armoured UG cable
