REPAIRS TO RMU WMS COMPOUND

Replacing of following faulty/burnt accessories in 800A, MEI Make, VR5 type incoming & outgoing HT Breakers in RMU units including dismantling of burnt items along with related accessories such as Insulator Housing, Spout Insulator Grid for 3 phase RY&B, 800A Copper Plugs with brass nut & Washers, shower Contact, Switch insulator, suitable Over load/Earth leakage coil suitable including arranging for BESCOM shutdown, testing and commissioning and restoring power supply etc. as reqd (M/s MEI Make RMU near E block & D Block) a) 3 phase Spout Insulator Grid assembly (Front/Rear)

b) 800A Plug Contact Assembly

c) Brass Hexagonal Nut (THICK)

d) Bubar support insulator

e) Busbar for jumps - R Phase

f) Busbar for jumps - Y Phase

g) Busbar for jumps - B Phase

f) 19mm Self amalgamating EPR (Ethlene Proplene Rubber) tape-about 10mtr length

Servicing of 800A 11kV HT VCB's in existing RMU (VR5), checking of bus bar connections, greasing of mechanical/ moving components and bus terminals, checking of CTs, testing and commissioning etc. as reqd (M/s MEI Make RMU)

Servicing of 250KVA/100KVA dry type unitized transformer substation including removing of door covers, checking of busbar connections, cable terminals, checking of transformer windings, checking & Servicing of 1No Load Break switches, greasing of mechanical/ moving components, 1No MCCB arranging for BESCOM HT shutdown, testing and commissioning and restoring of power supply etc. as reqd (E Type 1No, D Type 1No, MSEA 1No, Guest House 1No)

Servicing of LT feeder pillar box provided near USS by cleaning completely inside & outside, including checking & tightening the busbar/cable terminations also replacing the rusted nut, bolts & washers whereever required etc as reqd.

Painting of LT feeder pillar box with approved color enamel paint (approximate size H-1.5mtr, W-1.60mtr & D-0.5mtr) provided near USS etc as reqd
