Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 3.15 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level brazing to copper earth strip 20 X 3mm size(upto 7.5 meter from electrode) all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test terminal block and testing on completion with and including 40 mm bore, medium grade GI protection pipe for strip upto plinth protection, PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, with PVC cover and Earth test point and 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe with metal earthing funnel, charcoal and salt filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete. Note 1:- Copper Strip and copper plate shall be welded and no nut bolt will be use for earthing strip also.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Maintenance Free Earthing Based on 3 meters long copper Earthing Electrode 50 mm outer dia and 1.2mm thickness duly filled with CCM and electrode should be fixed / brazing with 20x3 mm copper strip incl excavation/Earth work in any strata and with PVC earth pit cover (Earth Pit not less than 3M deep below Gd level). The Electrode is surrounded by BFC Chemical . Each earth should have resistance <1 Ohm.Chemical compound powder (BFC) to be provided minimum 50 Kg per site. Copper Strip size: 20 x 3mm shall be provided upto 7.5 meters including earth pit pvc cover and Earth Test point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required copper earth strip 20X3mm complete all as spd and directed.

S&F identifier board made of metallic plate of size 30cmX20cmx 90cm(H) mounted on 1 no 25mm dia TMT Bar on Vertical including foundation complete all as spd and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing complete GI tubing , medium grade, ISI marked, 15 mm (1/2'') dia, including all GI fittings (medium grade) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make-Jindal/TATA/Swastik.

S&F Bib tap standard of PTMT suitable for 15 mm bore GI pipe any colour high pressure screwed for GI pipe and fixed.(Minimum weight 15mm-90gms) complete all as spd and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5m wide & not exc 1.5 deep and getting out for laying of pipe all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in exc 50 m and depositing where directed of a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as spd and directed.

Returning filling in trenches with excavated earth including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm all as specified.

M&L for Cutting of existing GI/CI/DI pipes upto 150 mm bore in positioning for inserting tees ,branches taking out new connection and repair the pipe line complete all as specified and directed by the Engr -in-charge.

S&F gun metal Gate valve 15 mm bore, iron wheel head both end screwed for iron pipe approved all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make-GEM//Kiran/Sant.
