M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) , all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for rubing down with water etc

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1 : 4 on fair faces of brick/concrete/block masonry surfaces and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces including necessary preparation to surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as spcefied and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth filling under floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc 25cm including watering and consolidation complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type C-2, (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in base course of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for exterior grade vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick(Square/rectangular) ploished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including over and above 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for exterior grade vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick(Square/rectangular) ploished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in vertical surfaces of wall etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including over and above 10mm thick backing coat of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment etc including over and above 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying in repairs for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for precast cement concrete slab for manhole/drain covers slab 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint fixed in walls/floors complet all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/disintegrated rock, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 40mm dia tubes, medium grade, galvanised with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 5000 Ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including 25mm dia float valve-01 Nos and 40mm dia gat valve-01 No for each tank complete all as specified and directed.
