Dismantling Stone Slabs and/or Tiles of any description or thickness in Floors, Aprons, etc. laid, bedded and pointed in Cement Mortar and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. Note the area includs scaffolding and other arrangements up to 4th stories building

Dismantling Structural Steel or Mild Steel Work of any description including Framed Truss, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling damaged/unserviceable Galvalume, AC and Fiber Sheeting of any gauge and thickness, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as backing coat coat of dado/skirting etc complete all as specified and as directed . (Note : Rates are inclusive of taking down doors/fitting and refixing it.)

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 1.00 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for lying floor finished in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of painting with Dr Fixit fast Flex (or equivalent) water proofing liquid including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 20mm granded crushed Brick aggregates as in sunken portion of WC etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down PVC/cast iron pipes any bore including fittings of any dia with cement or lead joint fixed to walls or laid in trenches complete for refixing or replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Godrej pattern mild steel cup board with shutter made out of 18 guage M.S. sheet 60cm depth sides incl with back & 3 shelves & vertical partition & mild steel door shutter two leaves with frame, incl necessary fittings with locking arrangement and handle etc all as per Godrej Pattern with duplicate keys including necessary fittings & two coats of spray painting over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete and dismantling of old/rusted cupboard frame and shelves. The cost of grouting them in CM (1:3) is deemed to be included in unit rates complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Only front face of cupboard to be measured for the purpose of payment.
