Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vacuum ironing board, electric operated (single phase) comprising of main body formed out of powder coated steel sheets, heavy duty 1 HP centrifugal blower driven by independent motor, full SS in-built heater (1 KW min), die cast sole plate electric steam iron with built in moisture traps, 100% dry steam, rubberized handle with cancealed soft micro switch, thermostatically heated element, aluminium armoured and spring loaded Teflon shoe, MS powder coated table top built of minimum 1.5 mm thick perforated flat top padded with high porosity and heat resistant silicon padding and final cover etc complete as per below mentioned specifications all as specified and directed:- Make - Supershine Laundry Systems Pvt Ltd Model No VFT or equivalent model of Fabcare/Stefab as approved by GE. Supply, Laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete including taking down / out old cable.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, manholes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm layers with exacaveted soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry sand filling in foundations, cable trenches, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For measurement purpose depth after punneing shall be considered.

Supply and laying, sub class burnt old size bricks as cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in soft/loose soil for post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete, type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Steel water tubes, medium grade, galvanised, with all fittings, 40mm bore, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, 2000 Litres, Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, 40mm bore, gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, Sub-main wiring with two single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 Volts grade, copper multi stranded conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm drawn in and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia and its accessories, including one run of single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100Volts grade, copper conductor stranded 6 Sqmm size as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: For the purpose of measurements, 2 runs of main conductor, one run of earth conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc of galvanised iron all as shown in elect plate No.3 of SSR Part-3 connected to earthing test point including GI light grade 20mm bore proction pipe and including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of strata, GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chember with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 8mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note : (i) Earth continuity conductor including protection pipe up to 7.5 mtrs from earth electrode shall be included in quoted unit rate. (ii) Earth work in any type of soil i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal is also included in quoted unit rate. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself.
