Supply and Application of Kemperol 1K of Kemper Systems Germany or approved equivalent for roof terrace, Parapet Wall and Critical Area: Providing and applying (Pre Measured Packed) silver grey coloured 2 components solvent free, odourless, excellent adhesion property Epoxy-based Kemco Pox 2K Primer on the clean and grinded surface. The substrate can be slightly moist (in concrete, the moisture must be < 20 %), sound and free from any material that would hinder adhesion. Mix component A into component B in ratio 1: 0.16 by weight thoroughly with stirring stick. The mixture should be a uniform colour, free from streaks. Apply the primer evenly with roller. The primer should be completely dry for further application of liquid applied polyurethane based membrane. The Consumption depending on the nature and condition of the substrate for priming ~ 250 – 400 gm/m2. The rate shall including cost of material, labour, tools & plants etc. complete as per clause-1 of technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in charge

Removing of existing bitumen/chemical based waterproofing treatment from roof terrace, chajjas, parapets etc, and disposal within 50m etc. complete as per clause-2 of technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Surface cleaning of existing surfaces with water jet having minimum pressure about 20 kg/cm2 including cleaning with wire brushing, arrangement of suitable potable pumps along with required piping & storage system, providing temporary scaffolding etc. complete as per clause-3 of specification and as directed by EIC.

Lead charges for lead Exceeding 2 KM but not exceeding 3 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc.

Deploying of Qualified experienced supervisor for supervising the application of waterproofing system for item-1 at actual working site .i.e. surfaces preparation, testing & clearance of ready surfaces, weighing, measuring and mixing of waterproofing compound, monitoring of application, check & recording the consumption of waterproofing compound on hours basis, preparation of consumption report daily and submit to EIC etc complete as per clause-5 of technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge or site engineer

Providing and applying of MC-76 Chemical based water proofing of modified acrylic emulsion Polymer and Elasomeric waterproofing coating of approved product over terrace slab/ parapet/ side walls etc. at all elevations including polycon based fibrous net complete including cleaning and preparation of surface and testing by ponding water complete as per clause-6 of specification and directed by EIC
