Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil ( vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts leveling ramming the foundation treanches, removing roots of trees, and shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.BCD. 5.1.1

Extra for earth work in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/I BCD. 5.1.2.

Providing and laying with good quality of boulder duly packedas per specification and direcition of E/I. COMM 6.4 WRD. 5.6.4

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume) BCD.5.1.10

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) BCD. 5.3.1.3

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5.3(1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) BCD. 5.3.1.1

Providiag rough dressed random rubble stone masonary in CM (1:4) in foudation with approved quality of coarse sasd of requisite f.m (2.5 to 3) washed and screened with risking out joints to 12mm depth, curing scafolding and its removal wherever required royalty and all taxes etc. complete job as per specificition and direction of E/l. BCD. 5.2.28

Providing rough dressed coarse stone masosry in cm. (1:4) in superstructure with approved quality of coarse sand of requisite rn (2.5 to 3) washed and screened with risking out joints to 12mm depth, curing scaffolding and its removal where required royally and all taxes etc. complete Job as per specificition and direction of E/l. BCD. 5.2.31

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundation footing , base of Column etc. for mass concrete. BCD. 5.3.17.1

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or back filling of masonry structure with state earth in layer not exceeding 150mm thick well watered rammed and fully compacted and finely dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches and kept at a lead of 30m and initial lift 1.5m complete as per specification and direction of E/l. WRD. Part-B 6.1.16
