Demolition/Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class B bricxks in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

-Ditto- All as per ser item No 2 but except bricks as bricks obtained from dismantling of brick work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, bed blocks, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surface and apply two coat of cement based paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation existing finishes of old plastered surface and apply two coat of cement paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MS angle iron as in fencing post including cutting tops toshape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, including all necessary drilling, bolting or reverting etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M &L for Preperation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 Nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
