Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundations of PCC / Steel Pole , laying cables/ pipes etc. not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide for foundations of PCC / Steel Pole , laying cables/ pipes etc. exc 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 m deep and getting out in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete, all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 metre below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified.

NOTES APPLICABLE TO SERIAL ITEM 1 TO 4: (a) Excavation work shall be carried out manually only. (b) LT/HT cable, water supply/ sewage/telephone lines, if any, get damaged during excavation & earthwork, demolition of PCC shall be repaired by the contractor immediately as per existing specifications to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick protection with pulverized fuel ash lime bricks laid flat across the route of underground cable all as specified.

Clean dry sand ( locally available) as cushioning for under ground cable 230 mm thick (one layer of 80 mm thickness before laying the cable and other layer of 150 mm thickness after laying the cable) complete all as specified. NOTE:- Punned down thickness (over all 180 mm) shall be considered for measurement and payment.

PCC type D-2 (1:4:8), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation of electric poles, struts, PCC block including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed

PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in as in foundation of electric pole, stay assembly and strut PCC block including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed

PCC type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping of poles etc. with slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work and fair finishing the exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Restreching / Restringing, tightening and repair to overhead line ACSR conductor of any size on LT poles including necessary Aluminium binding wire connectors PVC sleeves for jumpers, fixing of insulators and prunning of tree complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) The distance between pole to pole in one span (contains 2/4/6 runs ) ie one span will be considered for payment purpose. (ii) No extra conductor will be measured for binding to insulator / Jumpering etc.

Attending , repair and rectification of external LT electric supply complaints upto 1100 Volt grade, over head/underground system alongwith necessary T&P , safety device as per site requirement for the following type of complaints complete all as specified and directed

Replacement of worn out jumpers, jointing and tightening with new ACSR conductor. Note : single phase/two wire of 3 phase /4 wire system will be considered as one job for payment purpose.

Disconnecting from over head conductor, cutting worm out portion of LT cable of any type and size, carry out repairs including taking out cable from underground loop line and rejoining the same to restore electric supply. Note : (i) LT jointing kits, cable protection pipe if required at site will be measured and paid separetly. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting and removing the pole coping and inserting the cable alongwith protection pipes,

Taking down old unsv Street light/flood light fittings in any position of any capacity for repair by replacement of unsv spares (SPD / Driver /MCB etc ) and re-fixing the same in existing location. Note :- Spares for repair of street light fitting will be measured and paid underrespective itmes

Note for itmes Nos 26.01 to 26.03 (a) The contractor has to provide sufficient resources for completion of day to day complaint 24 Hrs from the time of reporting any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without limitation of suffient cause , penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for eachun-attended complaint. (b) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (c) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportationand other expanses require for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered military station at Bihta

Supplying , erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm X 300mm x 6mm final taper plug, bolts nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long ) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminiouspaint to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30 cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at the gap of 30cm in between 2 band and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black printedback ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2'' (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation , earth work , PCC in foundationand coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevent itme of this schedule

Cutting anxious green growth/ vegetation growth for cleaning out the area around transformer/ installations and four pole structure yards at ground level by cutting out roots, unwanted plant bushes and removal of the same by surface excavation not exceeding 15 cm deep complete.

Cutting and trimming trees branch any girth and any size touching to overhead lines and cleaning the distance 2.0 mtrs length both sids of OH line with a span of 50 mtrs (approx) each disposing the same clearing the site upto the satisfaction level and all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : All tools, plants and machinary equipment and manning required are quoted in the rates.

Hot press moulded SMC junction box / Terminal Box insulated and made out of environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant , halogen & silicon free, polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced of intenal size 300 x 200 x 1055 mm having protection IP-66/67 including MCB single pole 6-32 amp and all fixing acessories as required, IN REPLACEMENT, complete. MAKE: / GE POWER / RITTAL or equivalent make mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

Security light bracket made of 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe 1.5 metre long bend to shape including necessary welding to pole(s) or fixed with suitable size of flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc. IN REPLACEMENT, complete all as specified

Service and testing of 630A-1250A Electrical/Manual Operating ACB's by deputing Auth chanel parter of OEM complete including replacement of defective parts and makingit serviceable and sumbitting the detailed report all as specified and directed.

ACB 4 pole , 415V , with Thermal Magnetic Release (Manual Fixed type ) of capacity 630 Amps

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of GI or steel bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, using round bar, PGI funnel with wire mess & frame, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part – I. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (iii) Earth resstance shall be less than 3 ohm. In case the test results are not found less than 3 ohm, complete earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

Dismantling LT steel tubular poleof any height by taking out from PCC foundation complete and shifting to other location as directed including fixing the pole intrue vertical position including excavation and earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as base concrete and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)in both foundation and coping of poles all as specified in SSR part-I 2009 and applying two coat of aluminium paint of pole surface complete including demolishing of existing coping etc all as directed by engr-in-charge
