Dismantling and disposal of False Ceiling in Existing Convention Centre at Chennai Trade Centre

False Ceiling Work

Careful dismantling and removal of existing gypsum board and metal false ceiling (including gypsum boards, GI channels, suspension system, perimeter channels, angles, hangers, hardware, joint compound, insulation, and associated fixtures), installed at an approximate height of 8 metres. Includes safe lowering of materials, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing on hire Aluminium Mobile Tower Scaffold, Double Width, complete with integrated stairway access system (Instafit Bicorn 700 or equivalent), including transportation to site, erection, dismantling, repositioning as required, and all necessary accessories such as guard rails, platforms, toe boards, locking castors, and safety fittings, complete in all respects.

Disposal of unserviceable dismantled materials and debris (gypsum boards, metal sections, fasteners, insulation and packing material) generated from false ceiling removal, including collection, loading, transportation to an approved dumping site, unloading and levelling, with all lifts and leads, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning, sweeping, brushing and vacuum removal of dust, debris, foreign materials and accumulated deposits from all service areas exposed after dismantling of false ceiling, including but not limited to: HVAC ducts (external surfaces), catwalk structures, cable trays, electrical conduits, fire-fighting pipelines, sprinklers, hangers, brackets, metal supports, PEB truss members, purlins, roofing sheet undersides, and any other service or structural element encountered.
