Setting-up of Horticulture Maintainance unit for maintaining of existing Garden of Airport Premises i.e. lawns, ground covers, flower beds, creepers and climbers, shrubs, topiary works ornamental and flowering trees, at all levels and all area of Terminal building, Technical block cum ATC Complex, AAI residential colony etc which consists of area of Approx 3.0 acres of lawns, shrubs, hedges etc. Job includes hoeing, weeding, pruning, Plantation, replacement of plants, mowing of lawn, maintaining grass heights, planting of seedlings cutting of hedge/edge, top dressing, spreading of good earth, manureing, spraying of manure, insecticides, pesticides, application of fertilizers, clipping of branches, removal of all self grown bushes/trees wherever required, disposal of rubbish generated during the whole day working at specified place, any other horticulture related works etc. with necessary required tools like Lawn mowers, bush cutter, scissors, Fawada, Kudal, Gainti, Khurpa, talwaar, hand trolley, rickshaw trolley etc. and deployment of regular manpower i.e.TWO (02) SENIOR MALI (semiskilled) and TWO (02 NO) HELPER MALI (unskilled manpower) who worked for garden maintenance related works, all complete as per direction of officer-in-charge. Menpowers shall be deployed in consultation with Officer-in-charge and shall not be removed without information. Recoveries for non-deployment of any component of this item shall be applicable as per recovery rates given in this tender document. (NOTE : Cost of plants, pots, manure, pesticides, seeds and other consumables shall be paid by AAI in separate items. All required tools mentioned in the item have to arrange by agency by their own cost)

Supplying and stacking of good earth suitable for plantation at site including royalty and carriage with all leads and lifts. The volume measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment.

Supplying and stacking of cow dung/cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage with all leads and lifts. The manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment.

Supply of Fertilizer Urea packed in 45 Kg. Bag.

Supply of Fertilizer DAP packed in 50 Kg. Bag.
