Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the demolished material to a distance exc 500 m but not exceeding 1.5 km and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc including disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets/grid complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section fixed in any position as framed work complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairing of damaged RCC Chajja, fascia, fins, roof projection, ceiling and balcony railing etc at any height upto 10.00 M by rendering 10 to 50mm thick in one or more layers as per site requirement in CM 1:3 incl hacking out old broken/damaged concrete portion, cleaning of old reinforce etc and applying neat cemtnt slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. (Note : rate for all scaffolding required for repairing work shall be deemed included in this rate)

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw complete as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape , drilled and counter sunk for screw , including bending and welding angles as necessary , gusset plates, riveting , etc such as purlin, rafters, post,door frame etc confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS work for wind ties in roofs including securing bolts and similar work quality conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm wide STP flash strip to seal the joints of AC Sheet complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down the existing complete roof treatment (screed plaster, & tarfelt of any description) and removing to a distance exc. 500 m and n.exc. 5 Km from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching,kerbs and levelling course etc over roof surface complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bedding over the green concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing additive shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment of roof with polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE film and standard weight 3 Kg/Sqm shall be laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacturers instruction & under strict supervision of manufacturers tenchnical representative with and including of following operations complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Preparation of plastered surface by cleaning of surface to remove dust etc. (b) Applying a priming coat of @ 0.30 Kg/Sq M with Bituminous primer to the prepared roof till the surface is properly impregnated and solvent oil in primer shall be allowed to evaporate completely. (c) Applying hot blown grade bituminen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sq M over primer. (d) Laying of polymeric water proofing membrane of weight 3 kg/Sq M. (e) Applying a coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sq M .

M&L for Applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 Gm /Sqm over bituminous surface complete all asspecified and directed..

M & L for laying 20mm thick PCC tiles machine pressed, factory made as per IS-1237-1980 laid over and including a bedding layer of 20mm screed in cement mortar 1:4. The cement mortar screed shall be mixed with polymer based liquid water proofing addtive as per manufacturers specifications/instructions and tiles joint shall be filled with polymer based cement proof joint filter manufactured by M/s Bauchemic (I) Pvt Ltd or M/S Rolle constructions chemicals or equvalent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 14 here in before but, except brick (using old bricks obtained from demolition in serviceable conditions) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortor (1:6) and surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortor (1:4) and surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coats of white wall care putty on newly plastered surface of bldg to prepare surface smooth make the edges sharp & in proper alignment including all rubbing by sandpaper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on internal wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of external emulsion paint (Apex of M/S asian paint or equivalent of M/S Berger or M/S ICI as approved) over one coat of wall care putty on external surfaces of building complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated surface by complete removal of existing treatment i.e. white wash ,colour wash ,distempering etc. of wall and applying one coat of white wall care putty to make a smooth surface, edges sharp and proper in alignment including all rubbing by sandpaper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on internal wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
