Schedule I : Design Services (Design, Drawings and Documentation)

Investigation & Survey, Design, Approval of detailed engineering drawings, Preparation of BoQs, estimate for the entire water supply system satisfying the Employer's Requirements

Schedule II : Intake Tubewells and Submersible Pumps

Design, installation, development, testing and commissioning of high yield deep tubewells including boring/ drilling in all type of soils, pebbles, gravels, rocks with appropriate rigs and appropriate bit type and size, and collecting sample of soil at every 3.0 m depth or wherever there is a change of strata in sample boxes with the distinguishing marks including arranging and carriage of necessary boring materials / tools / bentonite etc., reboring, Lowering / sinking of well assembly including welding of joints for 300 mm. dia. G.I./ M.S. Housing pipe, and 200 mm. dia. G.I./ M.S. casing pipe, strainer, Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory (physical, biological and chemical), i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc. Supplying and packing pea gravel around the periphery of casing including screening, washing etc. Testing verticality of tube-well by plumbing system and yield test and draw down test by pumping system as per IS: 2800 (Part II) 1979, Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size and Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I) for the tube well etc. all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Designing, Providing, erecting, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set of required discharge and head as per approved design, conforming to IS 8034 and motor conforming to IS 9283, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply, with cable guard, thrust carbon/fiber bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturer's design,control panel, submersible copper conductor cable in single / double run upto Panel and 2 pairs of suitable size erection clamp 10 mm thick shall be provided with each pump. MS black column Pipe of Heavy duty conforming to IS-1239-Part-I (2004) standards including internal food grade epoxy coating and external enamel painting, all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Schedule III : Raw Water Transmission main :

Pipes and Specials - Design, supply, laying, hydro-testing, disinfection and comissioning of raw water transmission main of DI S/S ended (K 7) and PN 1.0 rating IS marked pipe of following dia, as per IS-8329-2000 including DI Specials and fittings of class K12, with plain, double socket, Socketed and flanged DI specials conforming to IS: 9523 including various types of bends, tees, reducers, socket and flanged tail pieces, duck foot bends, collars, mechanical joints, dead end caps, blank flanges etc. as per requirement including EPDM rubber gaskets suitable for tyton joints and ‘O” rings required for the jointing of specials with the pipes, nuts and bolts with packing gaskets, including required valves, appurtenances and chamber (air valves, sluice valves and non-return valves, pressure gauges) including excavation in trenches, dismantling of all type of pavements, sand bedding as required, backfilling of trenches and foundations with approved graed excavated materials and approved graded river sand as required including loading and unloading , Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, road restoration, hydro-testing completefor distribution system as per Technical Specifications and direction of Engineer:

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Mechanical works for WTP including spray aerator system, raw water feed pumps, dual media type pressure filters with back-wash systtem, air blowers, online chlorinator with booster pumps, EOT crane, Diesel Generator set, all internal connection & by-pass piping system including Valves and other appurtenances of dia as required with pipes and specials such as bend, tee, reducer / enlarger, end plug, socket, spigot, etc. all complete as per Employer's Requirements, in Zone-1B.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Electrical works for WTP including elec. motor, electric cables, transformer, MCC panel, earthing, Cable trench, Cable tray, Gland and lugs, internal lighting & exhaust system , external lighting etc and all other associated works as per Employer's Requirements in Zone-2B.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Electrical works for WTP including elec. motor, electric cables, transformer, MCC panel, earthing, Cable trench, Cable tray, Gland and lugs, internal lighting & exhaust system , external lighting etc and all other associated works as per Employer's Requirements in Zone-3B.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Instrumentation and Control & Autimation (PLC & SCADA) system works for WTPs, OHRs and IPS including flow measuring system and transmitters ,pressure measuring system and transmitters, level measuring system and transmitters, Quality control instruments (online analysers and off-line laboratory), junction boxes, instrument wiring/ cabling, PLC hardware and software, PC based SCADA system, IC Panels, UPSs and all other associated works etc. complete as per Employer's Requirements, for Zone-1B, 2B, 3B, 1A, 2A, 3A and Intermediate Pumping Station in 1B.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Electro - Mechanical works for augmentation of existing WTP in Zone-1A, including spray aerator system, clear water feed pumps with motors, filter inlet and outlet piping arrangement with all appurtenances viz. control valves, flow controller etc. in the filter unit for clarified water inlet, filtered water outlet, back wash water inlet, rinse water outlet etc. for PSF, air blowers, online chlorinator with booster pumps and motors, Diesel Generator set, all internal connection & by-pass piping system including Valves and other appurtenances of dia as required with pipes and specials such as bend, tee, reducer / enlarger, end plug, socket, spigot, etc. all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Schedule VI : Elevated Service Reservoirs

Design, construction, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 3 Nos Zonal Over head service reservoirs of Circular shape, RCC framed staging and capacities as given below at different locations under the command areas to be served with all inlet, outlet, drain, overflow pipe works and control valves and all other associated works as specified in various chapters of this document (ICA requirements are included in WTP Schedule).

Over head service reservoirs of Circular shape, RCC framed staging and 3300 cu.m capacity and minimum 20 m staging height for Zone-1B, all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Pipe jack for Railway crossing with Jacking and Pushing method. The item include design, fabricating, supplying, pushing, jointing required diameter of MS casing pipe( min 20mm thick) of required length, construction of Receiving and Jacking pit with suitable shoring and strutting (if required), including installation of jacking platform, thrust resistant arrangement of required capacity including , hydraulic jacking with required accessories, required excavation inside the jacking pipe and disposal the same, etc. all complete as per drawing, specification and as directed.

Survey, design, supply and construction of bridge for Nullah crossing with RCC (M20) and Structural steel works including earthwork in excavation, backfilling, bolder soling, PCC (1:4:8), formwork, reinforcement etc. as per approved designs and drawings.

DMA meters - Design, Supply, install and commission, including calibration in third party laboratory, full bore battery operated Electromagnetic Flow Meter (EMF) as per ISO 4064, for potable water with accuracy as per specification, with in-built wireless communication (GSM/ GPRS model with data logger) along with one number of battery operated Pressure Transmitter (ratio metric type) and integration of pressure signal with DMA flow meter wireless communication modem, inclduing software for datalogging with workstation, as per given specifications for following sizes including sensor, transmitter surge arrestor, cables, pipe cutting, leveling and installation of flow meter and pressure transmittor in the pipelines with necessary tool tackles etc complete, as may be required at site & based on technical specifications

The item consisting of composite pipes of HDPE pipe below the ground level and GI class B pipe above the ground level including supply and fixing of ferrules, electro fusion saddle, clamps, rubber sheets, tapping, compression fittings, meter Chamber etc, complete including all material, labour, testing and commissioning as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Schedule IX : Operation and Maintenance

Operation and Maintenance of the entire Water Supply System including Raw water Intake Pumping System on Floating barge,Raw water transmission main,Water Treatment Plant ,clear water transmission main,Elevated service reservoirs and Distribution System with supply of Man-power,spares,chemicals & consumables, tools and tackles, fuel for operation of DG set when required and others (except power/ electricity cost, which shall be paid by the Employer) for 10 years .
