Providing, Supplying, and fixing manually operated PP Polypropylene Ball Valve having Design pressure 4 kg/cm2 with Ball, Coupler, Cover, Spindle, O-ring, EPDM, Coating, Handel, bolt washer and Handle cap (Material conforming IS 10910-1984) including transportation, Inspection (TPIA), loading, unloading, Stacking Excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. Complete.

Provide all resources required to conduct election of WUAs as per MMISF Act 2005 and rules thereof including providing printed Materials like Ballot Papers, Election Forms, Ballot Boxes, stationery required, etc and making various arrangements for election like Providing Vehicle, Election Booths, supporting staff etc. complete and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation, Submission and getting approved from competent authority and Publish Beneficiaries / Voter's list including collection of revenue, land, formers data from the competent authorities of the Department, Revenue Department checking it from latest land records (the individual land holding and its Title) and give Publicity to the same at Gram Panchayat by Public display, WUA jurisdiction, WUA Buildings and mouth Publicity etc complete as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge and required as per MMISF Act 2005 and rules thereof, etc. including all man power required, materials, Printing / publishing / submission charges complete and etc. As all directed by Engineer- IN Charge

To Arrange, Conduct meetings and Provide training to all beneficiaries of WUAs/Managing committee members of WUAs by obtaining all relevant technical, Socio-economic details of WUAs from department, educate and assist WUAs in arrangement of Association's affairs like maintenance of necessary registers & books of accounts as per MMISF Act 2005, maintaining timely records, conduct General Body Meetings and Management Committee Meetings, including preparing agenda & recording proceedings, motivate participation of women, Marginal farmers and weaker sections in every activity, help receiving and distributing water as per entitlements, help in preparation and implementation of Maintenance Plan with technical support of Competent Authority, to facilitate interaction of WUA with competent authority, to help constitute Sub-Committees as required by MMISF Rules, to facilitate capacity building and promote formation, effective functioning and fostering of WUAs to enable them to discharge their roles and responsibilities as envisaged in MMISF Act 2005 and rules thereof etc complete as per detailed specifications.

Preparation and Submission of digitized Command Map of various WUA's showing its jurisdiction, as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge and as required as per MMISF Act-2005 and rules thereof provided all Details such as alignment of canal, PND alignment and Network, all canal / PDN details up to chakoutlet, chak wise details, location of irrigation, drainage structures and flow measuring devices, details of acquired land, demarcation of Head, Middle and Tail parts of WUA's, Minor Irrigation Structures like, Revenue land details, and other topographical details, K.T.Weirs, Village Tanks, and Percolation Tanks and all other relevant details are provided by department. Including submission of drawing in hard copies (6 sets) geo references Drawings in KML format) including all man power required, materials, Printing / publishing / submission charges complete and etc. and all directed by Engineer- IN-Charge

Labour charges for collections of crop demand, measurement of irrigated area, preparation of water demand statement, preparation of water bills and distribution of bills, maintaining record of used water, helping smooth working of WUA.

Sardar valve/ T valve / Kundi Manufacturing and Fabrication of Sardar Valve / T valve/ Kundi as per specification in drawing including material cutting, straightening, fitting, preparation of jigs and fixtures for fitting, preparing joints for welding, finishing the surface as per specifications in the drawing including charges of labour, machinery, energy, other material, welding rod, welding charges gas charges, sundry charges painting with two coats of red oxide with ISI paint, handling charges, testing charges including transportation, with key, with all other ancillary operation including all leads and lifts etc. complete as directed by Engineer- in- charge excluding GST.
