Notes for Serial Item No. 1 to 47: The Quoted rates shall be inclusive for the following provisions:- (i) The contractor has to carryout / execute above repair works at work site under AOR of BSO Belgaum which includes entire area of Belgaum cantt i.e MILRC, HQ JL Wing, MH, RMS, 115 Inf TA Bn, NCC Gp HQ, Station HQ and other units under GE Belgaum. Necessary transportation charges to carry manpower & required T&P, stores shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Quoted rates shall be inclusive of minor repairs such as tightening lose furniture using wood screws / steel nails, applying putty wax etc., as per site requirement. Nothing shall be paid on this account.
