REPAIR/MAINT, RECANING AND POLISHING OF VARIOUS STEEL FURNITURE ITEMS AT BSO SUB DIVN UNDER GE JHANSI

M&L welding (full round of pipe as a one spot) of broken part of CHAIR VERANDAH as shown on Drawing No. FD-19, FD-256 & FD-259, rubbing welded portion to obtain a smooth surface, necessary preperation of surfaces, applying two coats of (White Colour) Syntheic enamel paint (as approved) by spray painting machine over a coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L removing of old leg / frame part of CHAIR VERANDAH and S&F new part/Leg portion made of 20 mm dia MS pipe of 1.6 mm wall thickness as per Drawing No. FD-19, FD-256 & FD-259 and welded, necessary preperation of surfaces, applying two coats of (White Colour) Syntheic enamel paint (as approved) by spray painting machine over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild Steel Round Bar 12mm dia to cover the distance between RT & LT Leg alongwith the Seat Front Side or Rear Side of CHAIR VERANDAH as shown on Drawing No. FD-19, FD-256 & FD-259 and welded, necessary preperation of surfaces, applying two coats of (White Colour) Syntheic enamel paint (as approved) by spray painting machine over a coat of red oxide primer including taking out unserviceable Bar, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F HARD RUBBER SHOE superior quality (as approved) fixing to Leg of CHAIR VERANDAH as shown on Drawing No. FD-19, FD-256 & FD-259 including taking out unserviceable Shoe, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Re-canning of CHAIR VERANDAH in Godrej pattern with 4.0mm wide Half Round Oval Shape Plastic Cane (as approved) to Frame as shown on Drawing No. FD-19, FD-256 & FD-259 including taking out old/worn out Canning, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L removing/scrapping old worn out Paint from Steel Frame of CHAIR VERANDAH (Drawing No. FD-19, FD-256 & FD-259) by Sand Paper/Scrapper and applying Two Coat of White Colour Synthetic Enamelled Paint (as approved) by Spray Painting Machine, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L SEAT FRAME made out of Second Class Hardwood of CHAIR CBA STEEL WITH ARMS, fixed with 4 No. of Machine Screw 75x3.0mm and Painting with Black Colour Synthetic Enamelled Paint (as approved) on Seat Frame, canning with superior quality of Plastic Cane 2.0mm Half Round Oval Shape for Seat and 3.0mm for Border as shown on Drawing No. FD-75(M) including taking out unserviceable Seat Frame, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L BACK FRAME made out of Second Class Hardwood of CHAIR CBA STEEL WITH ARMS, fixed with 4 No. of Machine Screw 75x3.0mm and Painting with Black Colour Synthetic Enamelled Paint (as approved) on Seat Frame, canning with superior quality of Plastic Cane 2.0mm Half Round Oval Shape for Seat and 3.0mm for Border as shown on Drawing No. FD-75(M) including taking out unserviceable Back Frame, complete all as specified and as directed.
