Renovation of Outpost Building at Adenigada of Bike stand for the year 2025-26

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil within initial lead and lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed etc complete.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with fine course sand of approved quality in layer not exceding 23.5 cm (9") free from organic and vegitation materials, well watered and rammed including all cost conveyance, royalty taxes and all labour T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying concrete in laysers not exceeding 9"tick to the required level including cost conveyance and royalty of all materials with all taxes and compacting waterign curing and all labour with T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly-Ash Brick work with Fly-Ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work outside plastering…etc.

16 mm. Thick cement plaster (1 :6) over brick or stone masonry etc.

Providing, fitting and supplying M.S. Grill as per drawing and specification including cost and carriage etc. complete.

2.5cm artificial stone flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12 mm size hand broken granites chips.

White washing two coats with Shell lime including cost of all labour etc. complete..

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shape etc. complete.

Providing for fixing G.C.I. Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc. excluding cost of fitting etc
