SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION I (B&R Portion)

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for pipe line in soft/loose soil, & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engin-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling\Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead. Including disconnecting pipe and fitting for 250 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 80 mm dia bore and fixing up in Ductile Iron Water supply mains of size 250 mm dia.

Supply and fix Valves, reflux (non return) valve, flanged of class 1.6 PN, 250 mm diaI SI Marked complete with necessary gaskit nut bolt and washer etc. and joining including testing for leakage complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in -Charge

Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN, 250 mm diaI SI Marked complete with stainless steel spindle flanged both ends drilled CI gate with brass ring and iron wheel handle suitable for DI Pipe line.complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in -Charge

Trial bore of 200 mm dia upto 200meter depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder including electric logging, MS cap, MS flat iron clamps, reducing socket etc.

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water.

Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield

Supply jointing and lowering PVC slotted 150mm dia heavy duty including providing suitable jail on the slotted pipe.

Supply and fixing GI pipe galvanised " Medium class " with all fitting laid in trenches of size 50 mm dia bore.

S & F stop valve size 25 mm cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both end for iron pipe or for unions and fixed.

S & F stop valve size 50 mm cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both end for iron pipe or for unions and fixed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supply installing lowering and connecting up commissioning and Testing submersible solar pump of discharge 272 LPM at 30 Mtr head coupled with 3 phase AC motor of capacity 3 HP including 2 inch DPE delivery pipe with clamp, rope, 3 core SB wire of size 2.5 sqmm from starter to submersible pump complete with 3 KW solar panel with GI structure, solar controller, modules, lightening arrester, feeder pillar box with starter and 2 Nos GI chemical earthing for GI structure and lightening arrester and necessary civil works complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing Steel tubing laid in trenches of any size for addition and alternation

Construction of valve pit chamber of bricks machinery from the top of surface including MS sheet Cover of size 3.15 mm thick and angle iron 40X40X6 mm with hing and locking arrangement complete all as spd and dir.
