Providing, laying, spreading & compacting stone aggregates to Wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause No.406 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge work (5th Revision) including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P. required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying primer coat by using bitumen emulsion slow setting on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ of 0.60 kg/sqm including basic cost of all materials, labour T&P required for the work including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing tack coat on the prepared bituminous surface with bitumen emulsion bitumen @0.30kg./sqm including basic cost of all labour, T&P etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying 50mm thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant 60-90 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II materials premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Porvoding and laying 25mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of Grading II premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including applying tack coat 0.20kg/m2 with bitumen emulsion including labour cess but excluding GST

Providing granular sub-base by Coarse graded Granular sub-base Grading-II materials as per table 400-1, spreadng in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including basic cost, conveyance, royalties and of all materials and cost of all labour, machineries and T&P. required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete (Measurement to be taken on compacted section only)

Provding and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound for marking of central lines and other lines of Road by hot thermoplastic road marking materials 2.5mm thick incluidng reflectorising glass beads @250gm/sqm area as per clause No.803.6.4 of MoRTH, the finished surface being uniform level and free from streaks & holes etc. including the basic cost of all materials, labour, T&P. heating, marking & traffic control measures etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. N.B: Warranty period minimum 2 years
