Upkeeping of floors, once in a day, roads and shoulders/ pavements once in a week and disposal of debris into dustbins as directed by the Engineer at site including all labour charges, cost of all materials such as brooms, baskets, buckets, safety appliances, leads & lifts, etc., complete.

Upkeeping by mopping of floors once in a day and disposal of debris away from the site as directed by the Engineer at site including all labour charges, cost of all materials such as brooms, baskets, buckets, safety appliances, leads & lifts, etc., complete.

Up-keeping of toilets flushing of water closets, urinals, wash basins, cistern tanks, side walls, passages, etc., once in a day, by applying disinfectant/ cleaning liquid, as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of disinfectant/ cleaning liquid, phenoil, bleaching powder, naphthalene balls, materials such as brooms, bucket, mugs, cleaning brush, all labour charges, leads, and lifts etc. complete, but excluding the cost of water which will be supplied by the department at free of cost.

A) Removal of honey combs in various locations of MTPS-II at various upto elevations 20m height including cost of pesticides, chemicals, labour, scaffolding charges, hire charges for sprayer tank, lead, lift etc. complete

B) Removal of honey combs in various locations of MTPS-II at various elevations above 20m height including cost of pesticides, chemicals, labour, scaffolding charges, hire charges for sprayer tank, lead, lift etc. complete

Watering the grass, flower plants etc, daily and removal of unwanted weeds, dry leaves in the lawn as directed by the Engineer at site including all labour charge, hire charges for tools and plants, leads and lifts, etc. complete but excluding cost of water which will be supplied at free of cost at one point.

Trimming of grass using the Electric Lawn mover, cutting the edges evenly, disposing of debris away from the site etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, Hire charges for lawn mover, all T&P, leads & lifts etc. complete. (Power Supply will be given by the department at free of cost).

Applying pesticides over the lawn and border plants etc as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges for T&P such as hand sprayer, safety appliances, leads & lifts etc., complete.

Up keeping of main drains running along the road sides and disposal of silt, slush etc to the near by dust bin as directed by the Engineer incharge including all labour charges, hire charges for Tools & Plants, safety appliances, leads and lifts etc, complete.

Cleaning the cobwebs and dust at ceiling including steel structures, and side walls including steel columns and bracings to the height from lintel level to ceiling, at 0M, 8.5M, and 17M, halls of TG building, 230KV GIS Building, 400KV GIS building, Switchyard control building, Foam Pump house, Fuel oil Pump house, Transformer Maintenance building, DG house, CPU Building, Fire water booster pump house and cooling water pump house by providing suitable arrangements and by using departmental crane where ever available and disposal of debris 200m away from the site as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of brooms, dust bin & all required Tools and plants, safety appliances, labour charges, charges for labour insurance, leads and lifts, etc., complete. (using departmental crane which will be supplied at free of cost).
