COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOL UNDER GE (W) JRC

(a) Cleaning of Floor and Wall tiles of complete swimming pools with dilute acid by using brushes and completely cleaning the ceramic tiles of swimming pool and washing with hose pipes complete , washing and cleaning shall be carried out to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer- in Charge (b) Cleaning of main pipe line from deep pool to balancing tank with pressure water and flushing out the all deposited and settled impurities, through balance tank and outlet pipe of balancing tank etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (c) Cleaning of balancing tank walls, bottom and top with soft brushes, taking out the settled impurities at bottom complete, drying and sterilizing the complete tank to make it bacterial growth free complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of floor wall tiles with the operation of suction sweepers as per standards laid down procedure for cleaning of swimming pools and manual operation of suction sweepers attached with three phase 03 HP motor-pump sets including minor repairs, cleaning twice in a day by the experienced skilled persons. The work shall be carried out all 07 Days in a week incl sunday/holiday and also carrying out maintenance of suction sweepers, pump set like greasing, repalcing gland rope, cleanibng starter contract point etc, for smoth functioning complete and mainting the quality of water in swiming pool all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning the surronding area of swimming pool by cutting of grass, bushes, shrubs, weeds, dead roots etc, and surface dressing of whole area complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Washing the filtration plant room after cleaning with broom (on daily basis) the complete pump house building including periphery of 04 Nos pressure filter, sluice valves, pipe lines, LT panel etc.to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The work shall be daily supervised by the one experienced supervisor of the contractor as per condition 25 of IAFW-2249 (General Condition of contracts). A recovery of Rs.500/- per Shift shall be made from the contractor’s dues, if supervisor fails to supervise the work on daily basis.

Repair to three Nos trolley mounted suction sweeper comprising of 03 HP electric motors , 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 cycles per second directly coupled to centrifugal pump set of matching capacity 50x50 Suction/Delivery flanged, 1500 RPM, mounted on common foundation by carrying out replacement of following parts :- (a) S&F ball bearings of existing size for electric motor (3 HP) including taking out unserviceable ball bearings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing PVC flexible sheathed insulated copper conductor cable 4 Sqmm 3 core, weather proof, water proof, suitable for pump set including taking out the existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of electric motor (3 HP) with super enameled copper conductor of suitable size complete duly varnished, baking, providing with insulation paper etc. including taking out burnt winding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rubber coupling suitable for suction sweeper pump set including nuts and bolts as per sample complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for replacement of rubber toughened wheels, high tensile, for trolley including taking out the unserviceable wheel complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of DOL starter for 3 HP electric motors pump set rating at 0.8 power factor, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 cycles per second complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for rewinding to electric motor 11 HP capacity coupled with centrifugal pump with super enamelled copper conductor of existing size after taking out old winding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 11.00 here-in-before but 10 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for repairing of monoblock pump fitted with motor perfectly capacity of pump set with motor 11 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for repairing of monoblock pump fitted with motor perfectly capacity of pump set with motor 10 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chlorine testing kit for regular test complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only O-Tolodine solution in the packing 500ml complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing rubber PVC hose pipe superior quality heavy duty 63 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 17.00 here-in-before but 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC flat copper conductor cable 3 core multi stranded of size 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for Nylon rope 25mm dia of branded make for suction sweeper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing LED Flood light luminious 120W high effcacy including lamp protected to IP 65 with front toughened glass including GI bracket complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F plug in socket 3 phase 415 volts with neutral and earthing link with top cover and top plug with MCB TP 32 A including taking out unserviceable plug in socket complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing brush made out of nylon suitable for suction sweeper 3 ft long, 6”wide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PV ball 8” dia complete with nylon cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and mix copper sulphate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note :- copper sulphate to be supplied in sealed air tight packing and as per sample approved.

Supply and mix Alum white non industrial Ist quality complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F Plastic bucket, heavy duty, capacity 35 ltr as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing (mixing) calcium hypochlorite (Stable bleaching powder / High strength bleaching powder), appearance should be dry free flowing and free from lumps, should not induce substances beyond acceptable limit as given in IS 105000(2012) in treated and disinfected water, available chlorine should be 65%, stability- loss of Chloride on basis of available chloride max 1/15, particle size (passing through 1.70mm IS sieve min 99.5%, water insoluble matter Max 6 %, Calcium Hydroxide max 4%, Sodium Chloride max 15% in 20-45 Kg plastic drum packing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contractor shall submit purchase vouchers test certificate for chemical composition and its expiry date etc and other relevant documents. Chemical shall not be accepted without production of these documents and no payment released.

M&L for replacement of rusted MS nut & bolts of various size with stainless steel nut, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix 100 mm bore sluice valve with wheel fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F buttrefly valve 250mm dia fix it on 250 mm dia UPVC pipe main water line from sump to pump system including taking out existing fitting and fixing accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing ball bearing for centrifugal pumpsuitable for motor of capacity 10-12.5 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge
