Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

All the terms and conditions as per Tender documents

The Government Engineering College, Ramanagara, reserves the right of rejection of all or any of the bids without assigning any reasons thereof

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Experience letter in supplying the Chemicals/Glassware/Plasticware/Consumables to any reputed Institutions should be enclosed. List of institutions to which similar items supplied shall be enclosed

Work Done Certificate

Capabilities of Vendor

Bidder should submit previous 3 or 4 branded chemicals, glassware & plasticware supplied to the reputed Government/Aided/Private institutes.

Authorization certificate required from the bidder

Self-declaration letter from the bidder for the Non-Block listed in any of the Institutions.

Financial Status

Details of Annual turnover should not be less than Rs. 10 Lakh of last three financial years shall be enclosed along with duly audited and certified copy of profit and loss account and balance sheet in support
