Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluing the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Suspended floors , roofs , landings , balconies and access platform

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and catilevers.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level - Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more.

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing stainless steel (grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding ,grinding. Buffing, polishing and making curvature (whereever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complte. i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab withsuitable arrangement (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts,fasteners etc.,)

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade - New work (two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10sqm)

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm.

Providing and laying cool tiles 15mm Thick of approved brand (Insulla or equivalent) with SRI value of 103 Bitumies of 0.5mm and size 230mm x 230mm on laid over bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing using tiles grout and neatly finished etc, complete.
