Removing the existing old MS window shutters and supplying and fixing 3-track aluminium sliding windows in BEML flat no.201 and minor miscellaneous carpentry work in BEML flats (003,001,201,101, 002/011), Yamuna block, NGV, Bangalore

Dismantling and Removal of existing MS Window shutters, loading, transporatation and handing over the dismantled MS window shutters in BEML Soudha, stacking at a place shown, including all lobour, tools tackles and loading, unloading, transportation charges etc..complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

THREE TRACK WINDOWS : Supplying and fixing 3 track sliding powder coated Aluminium glazed windows with SS fly mesh shutter (weatherproof) with frame/track and shutters using 1.20mm thick/standard M/s. Jindal aluminium sections for track and shutter frames includng 5mm glass manufactured by M/s. Saint Gobain/ Modiguard, rubber beading, gasket, locking handles and fixing in position using all required hardware and aluminium accessories etc., complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The rate is deemed to include for (a) All wastages (b) Fixing the aluminium windows at the outer edge of window using suitable scaffolding/ supporting arrangement for fixing (c) Providing silicon sealant alround the new aluminium window from both inside & outside & packing tightly to avoid entry of rain water. (c) Clear window opening shall be measured for payment (d) Documentary evidence for having used M/s. Jindal aluminium sections to be provided

Rendering in cement mortar 1:6 , avg 20mm thick on brick /concrete surface including finshing the surface even and smooth finish using extra cement and necessary curing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing the existing flush door shutters/ panelled door shutters (approx. size each-1.20m x 2.10m) etc., and re-fixing back in position after necessary cutting shutter bottom/re-sizing, planing, providing new lipping/beading if required and re-fixing back the shutters in same position etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supplying and fixing heavy duty Brass Door stopper of first quality , conforming to relevant IS etc complete all as specified and directedby Engineer in charge

Supplying and fixing approx. 200mm Brass Mortise lock with Handle of first quality, conforming to relevant IS of reputed manufacturer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supplying and fixing/welding heavy duty 125mm Brass Butt Hinges to the existing MS door frame etc., complete all as specified and directed Note: The rate is deemed to include for removal of existing old worn out welded hinges from MS door frame

Supplying and fixing SS Tower bolt (6inch) etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fixing SS Aldrop (8 inch) etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Preparing the old polished surfaces of wood by sand papering, cleaning dirt, dust etc including providing necessary repairs to scratches and applying two coats of French polish of first quality, manufactured by M/s Asian paints/Berger including wood filler coat to achieve required surface finish etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.
