NAME OF WORK: Job / Rate Schedule for Public Tender for handling of Packed Bitumen from Railway Wagons & Road Transportation of Packed Bitumen Drums from New-Jalpaiguri/Falakata Railway Siding to BRO Consignees and CFA Raninagar.

Tender Ref. No: RCC/ERO/37/2019-20/PT-195 II E-Tender ID: 2020_ERO_112331_1 Important Notes: 1. The tenderers are supposed to quote percentage above, below or at par over the entire schedule of rates uniformally applicable to all items of Schedule of Rates and has no option to quote percentage in any other manner. 2. BOQ amont is for one year of approximate job volume and is exclusive of GST. The same rates will be applicable for 2nd and 3rd years also (extension periods). GST as applicable extra will be paid as per actual. Present rate of GST is 18% for the tendered job. 3. Before filling the rates in price bid, the tenderers must visit the site at their own cost and study complete tender document including detailed scope of work, description / specification of each items, relevant works & logistics of the area. 4. No Terms and conditions should be mentioned in the Quotation Sheet. If done so, the same will not be considered for any purpose. 5. The corporation shall be within its right to execute or not to execute or to partially execute or exceed any of the items as mentioned in the schedule of items and rates. 6. The tenderer confirms that they have read and understood the tender documents, terms and conditions, scope of work and then have quoted the percentage rate. 7. Scanned / Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in highlighted cells, without changing any format. 8. The party has to enter bidder's name and the percentage only, in the designated cells. 9.Duly filled Price Bid is to be uploaded in the Financial Packet only. Else in case of uploading of Price Bid in wrong place other than Financial Packet or changing the format of Price Bid, the entire Bid of the tenderer will be liable for rejection.
