Cement concrete work of M20 grade with 20 mm and down grade crusher broken hard granite chips including hosting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, T & P, water for curing etc.all complete as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items of work.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for rCC works including false work and dismentalling then after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor, RCC foundation, plinth band and footings bases of columns mass concrete pre-cast slabs etc.

Requirement of HYSD / MS rod & labour for cutting, bending, binding, straighting and laying the grills and placing in position including cost of rod & binding weir 18 to 20 gauge.

Fly ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, Tools and Plants, water for curing etc. all complete,as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items of work.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size crusher broken hard granite chips including hosting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, cess, Tools and Plants water for curing etc.all complete,as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items of work.

Painting 2 coat enamel paint over a coat of primer including cost of materials and labour charges etc complete.
