Cost estimate for erection, testing & commissioning of 245KV CVT at 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi :
Shifting and placing of M.S. Chequered plate, wooden sleeper etc. at site from store of 400 KV sub station to various aforesaid bays in the switchyard for easy movement of the Hydra Crane (to be provided by the contractor) as per requirement and shifting back to store after successful completion of work. (Note: 1 Job for each site).
Dismantling of old 245KV CVT (0.5 accuracy) from above bays by opening of Nut & Bolts, opening of jumpers, cable connection, earthing and shifting up to store/ designated place as per direction of supervising engineer with all cost of men, material, T&P, Hydra etc. required for the completion of the Job. (Note: 01 Job for each CVT)
Fabrication / modification of existing CVT structure base by drilling and machining of holes as per site requirement. (Note: 1 job for each CVT)
Erection, Testing & commissioning of new 245KV CVT (0.2 accuracy) on existing Aux. structure along with shifting of new CVT from store to site, complete in all respect as per direction of supervising engineer with all cost of men, material, T&P, Hydra etc. required for the completion of the Job. (Note: 1 job for each CVT)
Earthing of 245KV new erected CVT by connecting with 50x6mm MS flat along with cutting, bending, straightening, welding and painting etc. (Note: 01 job for each phase) (M.S. flat shall be provided by department)
Connecting the jumpers & cable terminals of new erected 220KV CVT. (Note: 01 job for each phase)
Cost estimate for dismantling of old LA & erection, testing & commissioning of 198KV LA at 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi :
Erection, testing & commissioning of 198 KV Lightening Arresters in above Bays by opening of jumpers & dismantling old & outlived Las, erection of new 198 KV Lightening Arresters including jumpering work with the help of departmental crane alongwith carriage of new L.A. and shifting back dismantled LAs to designated place as per direction of supervising engineer.
