Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for padding course including removing of old memberance and , removing of old debries in out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slabs by applying a coat of approved bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384)@ 0.3 ltr per sqm on finished concrete surface of roof and laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric ( wt not less than 150gms/sqm) over hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade or equivalent used for DPC purpose. by using a LPG torch to fuse plastic membrane on bottom face of membrane and applying uniform pressure with a roller/wet cloth to ensure to remove entrapped air, if any, with overlap Joints of 100mm in longitudinal direction and 150mm in tranverse direction complete incl finally applying two coats approved aluminium paint over membrane complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing ,50mm thick cement concrete B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate with admixed as per manufacture instruction and complete all as specified and directed

M&L 10mm thick screed bed in cement plaster 1 :4 on padding layer for roof treatment with WPC complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling PVC water tank of capacity exc 500 and n.exc 1000 ltrs and removing complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 500 ltr capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layer hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 1000 ltr capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layer hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix for 25mm dia bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed (Minimum ,weight 455 gms) complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down 25mm bore steel water tubing and connections including removal complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 25 mm dia Steel water tubes, 'medium grade' ,galvanised , with all fittings complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including cutting grooves ,filled with cement morter in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rain water pipe and sewage pipe of any size of pattern including all fittings, heads, shoes. bends etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast RCC slabs as in cover slabs in 1 :2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate). set in cement mortar (1 :4)including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and above and cut to length ,bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns. hookings ends and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge including Nainital or similar pattern in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roofcovering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.
