Excavation in foundation, trenches etc., in earth work, lift up to 1.5 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked earth when required into plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing off all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres Pick work

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in : Foundation and plinth :

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 sand ) Ist class bricks.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4metres and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like.

Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels. Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, catilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth in all heights from floor.

Column, pillars, posts and struts. Square rectangular or polygonal in plan.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in : Foundation, footings basis of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Column, pillars, posts and struts upto floor two level.

Providing mild steel /tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level : Tor steel.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling: In cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand)

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth : In cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 sand)

15mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth : In cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 50 mm thick.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinges lock jamb beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50 X 25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel but hinges 2.5 mm thick with guards, lock strike plate shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre treatment of surface as directed by Engineer in Charge : PROFILE-C

Providing and fixing flush door shutters decorative type core of block board construction with frames of first class hard wood and well matched first class Indian teak ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bends and face veneering on both faces of shutter. 40mm thick including black enamelled M.S. butt hinges.

Providing and Fixing steel glazed door, windows and ventilators of standard rolled steel sections joints mitred and welded with 16X3.15 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15X10X10 cm of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metals sesh putty of approved make complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Painting two coats ( excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter : Ready mixed paint other than white.

Distempering (two) coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper of primer approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also preparing the surface even and smooth.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.
