Annual Operation and Maintenance of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting Systems at Jammu Airport for 02 years i.e. 2022-23 and 2023-24

Sub Head :- I (Operation & Maintenance) Annual Maintenance contract of GSM autodailer Fire Alarm system at Localizer, Glide Path,INRESS, GAGAN, DVOR and Microprocessor based analog addressable intelligent fire alarm system of terminal builidng including addressable Sensor Detectors,Response Indicators,duct smoke indicators,addressable MCP,beam detectors,hooters,addressable control module involving operation and maintenance for serviceablity ,preventive maintenance records/documents etc by deputing minimum manpower as per the detailed specifications ,terms and conditions under the contract on all days including sundays and holidays etc as required.

Annual maintenance contract of Fire Fighting System,Hydropneumatic system along with centrifugal pumps and submersible pumps for water supply involving repairs and maintenance to complaints/faults and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems ,preventive maintenance of records/documents etc by deputing minimum manpower as per the detailed specifications ,terms and conditions under the contract on all days including sundays and holidays etc as required.

Deployment of trained fire fighters retired personals of city fire service/ trained fire fighter in fire discipline in shift at the Airport on all working days including Sundays and holidays to look after the fire detection and fighting system to keep the system always in operational condition including caring out regular checks drills etc. as required, as per the detailed specifications ,terms and conditions under the contract.

Sub head- II (Operation and Day to day maintenance Management-Solar Plant, Inverters, LT Panel, AC/DC Power Cables, Earthings etc.) Operation and Maintenance Management for general shift covering 08 Hrs.- For Solar Plant, Inverters, LT Panel, AC/DC Power Cables, Earthings including Operation of different equipment's like inverter panels, Non-essential Solar panels system etc., monitoring & recording different parameters, attending break down repairs and routine cleaning & maintenance of solar panels and internal electification; maintaining different parameter records like voltage, current, power (KW)etc. as per Technical specification and also support fire fighting staff and as instructed by EIC from time to time.
