Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) By MIX in Place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.(iii) For Grading I Material

Providing PCC M-200 in nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in foundation and plinth with approved qality of stone chips 20mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse of F.M 2.5 to 3 including ,mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position ,vibrating,striking,curing,taxes and royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Centering and shuttering including strutting,proping etc and removal of form for foundation all complete as per direction of E/I.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers. Not exceeding 150 mm thick well watered, rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained after cutting within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing designation 75B, one on B/F solling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royality, all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10 mm, 12 mm and 16 mm dia bars as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of bars to work site, C/B/B with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
