Major over hauling of 145 KV CB of make spring type installed at 132 KV Bay Chhibramau Bay (CGL Make) at 132 KV S/S Fatehgarh, 132 KV TBC Bay (CGL Make) at 132 KV S/S Kaimganj and 132 KV Farrukhabad Bay (Alstom Make) installed at 132 KV S/S Fatehgarh. Work includes over hauling of control block assembly, opening latch closing latch, support latch, anti-pumping assembly. Opening, cleaning and greasing of motor charging system, replacement of worn out part checking of shock absorber, closing damper etc. adjustment of all gaps. Cleaning and greasing of levers, connecting rods, cam, disc cam etc. Checking of mechanism assembly for wear and tear, rectification/repairing of worn out parts. Checking of limit switch, power contractors, auxiliary contractors for proper functioning. Checking and retightenig of all electrical connections. Checking for gas leakage from copper pipe assembly of gas system. Measurement of closing and tripping time of circuit breaker. Measurement of contact resistance of circuit breaker.
