Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (exceeding 1.5mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr. including disposal of excavated earth upto 1mtr. from cutting edge, disposal is to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of all kinds of soil.

Providing & Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone 40mm brick bats.

Providing & Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone 40mm stone aggregate nominal size. (Crushed)

Providing/laying of 50mm thick flooring in M-15 Grade with stone agg. of 12.5mm.

Form work Centering & shuttering including, propping etc. and removal of form for wall (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and fixing angle iron and flat with chain link fancing with nut and bold.

Providing and laying G.I chain link fancing of required width in mesh size 25 x 25mm made of G.I wire of dia 3mm including strrengthing with 2mm dia wire nuts bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of site Engineer.

Construction of Gazebo of wooden look in RCC M 1:1:5:3 mix and modelled as Tree Trunk with sloopy RCC roof of Bamboo Finish including wooden type ornamental railing of 2' - 6" height above floor complete job. Outer Dia 18ft. Pillar Dia ft of 8ft height above floor. Flooring wooden plank look in RCC. As per direction of Engineer In -charge.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and clearing etc. Complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Light shade using white cement.

Providing & fixing of ornamental bamboo type railing wooden look and modelled as tree trunk.

Providing/filling/watering/consolidating river bed material laiud in layers including all carrioages loading unloading etc.

Providing & fixing of ornamental bamboo type benches with Table wooden look and modelled as tree trunk.
