Treatment to side wall of varying thickness of basement floor, Lift pit, of main building from exterior surface covering the following sequence of operations :
a) Providing, supplying, mixing, applying two coats of ready to use two component acrylic polymer modified cement based flexible water proofing slurry like TAPECRETE or approved equivalent conforming to IS to thickness of 2 mm on the surface of side wall prior to the chemical injection treatment is completed as specified under item above.

Paving the floor with best quality Double charged Vitrified tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M-sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)
Flooring with anti-skid ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. Providing and fixing 2 hr fire rated doubble skin ste door constructed from 1.25mm thick galvanized ste sheet formed to provide a 46mm thick fully flush door shl with lock seam joints at stile edges and the internal construction of the door is a specially designed Honey Comb structure with reinforcements at top, bottom and stile surrounds. As per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity and Pressed Galvanized ste confirming to IS 277.

Supplying and fixing of wood polymer composite (WPC) door with solid door frames extruded with size 75mmx50mm. The inner core made of rigid WPC compound with minimum shore hardness of 55 and buld density 750kg/cub.Mt. The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 10x10mm long MS screw throught the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4nos screw to be provided for each vertical members, Door Shutter of 25mm thick Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single core Extruded Door Shutter, with one side digital printing of specified Design which is approved by engineering-in-charge. Both side of the shutter shall have rough sugar texture finish, laminated with UV oil. The solid WPC board shall have minimum shore hardness of 55 and Bulk density 550kg/cub.Mt moulding the thickness remains 25mm (+/-1mm) etc. complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.(make Qute / Equivalent)
Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Euivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of subtex nubby, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. Skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The subtex nubby square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.
