Repair and Servicing of VCB Panels/Starters Panel at Pump House MC-1 of M/Garh Canal under M/Garh W.S Mech. Division, Narnaul

Comprehensive maintenance of VCB's installed at various pump houses of main canal (MGC) of any type, make & capacity complete to make functional in case of any type of fault occurs at any site/pump house within prescribed time frame by providing skilled & expert mechanic/ engineer including following works involved: (i) By Disconnecting of HT connections and DC connections from existing bus bar and disconnecting trolley including servicing of complete parts of VCB of any make any capacity , cleaning with carbon tetrachloride lubrication of mechanical parts , adjustment and calibration of complete relays etc., checking complete parts including replacement of control wiring with single core copper conductor cable of existing size as required for VCB of any type any make for satisfactory running and replacement of defective parts with new one to make it fully functional , including one coat of H- class insulation paint on bus bar spouts and other connected parts including reassembling the VCB , reconnecting all HT & AC/DC connections complete in functional order including testing on existing load complete all as specified and directed . (ii) Only fixing in replacement of all the defective parts such as metering devices, relays,control devices,indicators,charging motors,mechanical gears/handle ,rotary switches, CT's,PT's , Bushes,control fuses,contactors,MCB's, Battery bank etc or all any leftover items as shown in separate schedule of this tender on cost basis and separate payment shall be made on approved rates after approval by competent authority with maintaining proper record in document. Note:-( i) In case of any complaint , the agency shall provide expert engineer at respective site to attend the site i.e. MC-1 of MGC for repair & rectification of defectdeveloped in VCB's all of sudden within 24 Hours after complaint given by concerned JE/SDO.Penalty charges @ 0.5% of particular work per week shall be levied in case of not attending the complaint. (ii) The quoted rates shall include for fixing of serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. (iii) The new parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item schedule part-II as supply only mentioned herein after. (iv) Small items such as nut, bolts, screws & washers required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (v) The complete work (repairing, servicing &calibrating) shall be carried out by authorised skilled engineer of the approved agency.

Servicing & Repair of existing LT Panels/ Starter Panel of Various Makes and of different capacity in amps. with all accessories installed at various Pump Houses under W.S Mech. Division, Narnaul which includes following Activities : - A. Servicing and Repair of ACB/MCCB/Contactors 1. Removal of Dust and Foreign Matter, carbon deposit from Panel Box with a vacuum cleaner/Air Blower and Wiping with a clean, dry cloth and cleaning agent. 2. Applying layer of Grease and Oiling of all Mechanical Parts and main contacts of for Smooth operation. 3. Checking of All the Connections and tightening them as per standard practice. B. Replacement of defective control wiring with suitable size PVC copper wire (if any) C. Replacement of defective Indicating Lamps and Push Buttons. D. Replacement of Locking System of Panel. E. Measurement of Insulation Resistance b/w Main conductor (R, Y, B) and Ground with 1000V Meggar. Note:- (i) Only fixing in replacement of all the defectiveparts such as metering devices, relays, control devices,indicators,charging motors, mechanical gears/handle, rotary switches,bushes,control fuses,contactors,MCB's, etc or all any leftover items as shown in separate schedule of this tender on cost basis and separate payment shall be made on approved rates after approval by competent authority with maintaining proper record in document. (ii) The new parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item schedule part-II as supply only mentioned herein after. (iii) Small items such as nut, bolts, screws & washers required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor.

Supply & Erection of copper fingers/contacts R, Y, B as per approved make

Supply only spring charging grar assembly for VCB 3.3 KV as per existing complete of approved make.

Providing/Repair, Erection & Testing of auxiliary switch for VCB as per approved make

Providing, Erection & Testing of master trip Relay for VCB panel as per approved make.

Credit of old iron scrap (Actual weight of old scrap will be measured by the committee) Old scrap/parts shall be property of firm.

Credit of old Copper scrap (Actual weight of old scrap will be measured by the committee) Old scrap/parts shall be property of firm.
