SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R WORKS) Taking down/removing of existing water proofing treatment on roof surfaces and wall surfaces complete, including screed bed, racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including dismantling of lightning strip and refixing the same in position, and removing rubbish out from MD land, all as directed. (Note :- Dismantling and refixing of the lightning strip is deemed to include in the quoted rates)

M&L for spreading / brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg/ Sqm on old concrete surface all as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof with the following specifications and manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Preparing and cleaning of fully dried surfaces as per IS 3067-1966. (ii) Applying bitumen primer conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned base @ 0.50 litre per sqm. (iii) Providing a layer of 3 mm thick APP modified pre-fabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyster matt membrane with butane torch application. Overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Applying two coats of bitumen based UV reflective paint with aluminium finish @ 0.10 litre per sqm over APP membrane.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed

M&L bituminous gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture, 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces, all as specified and directed.

Forming 20 mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'B' of 150 mm thick concrete slab, all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate), solid building blocks or slabs 10 cm thick with set in cement mortar 1:4 complete in walls, all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for lintels and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified.

M&L welded steel wire fabric, weight n exc 4 kg per square meter complete , fixed to steel members, all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for heavy duty coloured ceramic floor / paving tiles of size 300 x 300x 10 mm thick in floor etc set and jointed in near cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed (Make : Johnson, Model: Endura or equivalent model in other approved makes)

M&L 30mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block, any thickness, retrieved from item No 13 above, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Sand for cushioning, if required shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite slab of approved quality (table subbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, all as specified as directed. (NOTE: Screed bed will be measured and paid seperately)

Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thickness of granite stone any description of counters vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including roof coverings.

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (total coated thickness) pre-coloured galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high rib/multi rib profile galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width and 28-30 mm high crest @ maximum 250-255 mm pitch (centre) with sheets manufactured out of 0.50 mm this TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile galvalume sheets having tensile strength 550 MPA with 18-20 micron top coat over 5 micron primer and 8-10 micron alkyld backer zinc aluminium alloy AZ-150, sheets having a dip metallic zinc (43.5%0 aluminium (55%) & silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides, having wide pans with minimum 3 small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed as per existing profile of roof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.56 mm thick, Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F circulator/ventilator wind driven turbine with FRP base of size 32" x 24" to match roof sheet with polyster resin powder coated, top of ventilator turbine made out from aluminium with integrated and reinforced main bearing housing the shaft of stainless steel and varpitch from alumnium, rotation bearing will be twin ZZ ball bearing encased in single integrated bearing housing etc complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE : SVS, Model : Hurricane 600 or equivalent model in Shirjee / Golden Engineers / Airier)

Demolition of Brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar and removing the debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash brick straight or cuved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash brick straight or cuved on plan to any radius in half bricks thick walls, built in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of surfaces and pasting of wall paper of any design/ pattern/ shade, as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and approved by GE. (Make: Asian Paints, Brand: Nilaya or equivalent in NEROLAC / BERGER / J&N)

M&L for preparation of old surfaces and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer after applying 1 mm thick wall care putty on walls, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer after complete removal of old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces or un plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L preparing old surfaces of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement surfaces or plastered surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces or un-plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and application cementitious grouting admixture with the cement slurry at a dosage 225 ml per bag of cement and injecting with high pressure by a pressure grouting pump through non return PVC nozzles prefix with rapid setting cementitious plugging mortar to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the old concrete mass. When the flow of grout stops or shows refusal or grout flows out from the adjacent nozzle, pumping to be stopped and the nozzle to be tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles to be sealed off with quick-setting cementitious plugging mortar. Grouting operation to be carried out through next nozzle till the entire area is covered. The grouting holes to be finished by removing the protruded portion of nozzles and finishing flush with the surface, complete in any storey/height of building/structure, as per manufacturer's instruction as specified and as directed. Make : (Grouting admixture) :- Cebex 100 of FOSROC or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender. Note : The work will be carrried out by Manufacturer rep only.

M&L for uprooting of plants or vegetation growth from wall up to roof level, applying two coats of tartaric acid and repair to broken/chipped off plastered surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction and sealed with 85/25 grade hot blown bitumen and removal of debris outside MOD land and disposed off complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in charge.

M&L for repairing of damaged portion of rain water pipe inlet on terrace/roof by cleaning, removing vegetaion, debris, loose mortar etc and repairing with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing as per manufacturer's instructions and sealed with 85/25 grade hot blown bitumen to make the joint of rain water pipe and roof surface completely leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for repair to chajja area exc 2 Sqm and n exc 4 sqm each including dismantling of upward facia, cutting of reinforcement, providing plaster in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) on top with WPC, benching/ haunching, repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for repair to chajja area exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 sqm each including dismentling of upward facia,cutting of reinforcement , plaster 1:3 or PCC type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) on top with WPC,benching/haunching,repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat including necessary form work complete all as directed.

Refixing of point wiring obtained from item no.220 with existing 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor single core for both mains and earth wire laid in and including PVC conduit complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including mild steel terminal boxes with 3.0 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover (ISI Marked) for mounting switches/ regulator /bell push etc, earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, for one light point /bell point/ ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed.
