Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position and removing debris from the site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain, laid to slope complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 ( using 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, water toughs including weathering, slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of any bore/ dia set in cement mortar including PCC in bed and haunching against side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L of Reinforced concrete pipes of size 450mm, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for cement concrete bed to drain pipe 450 mm bore (Internal) in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 with using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC ) any section including taking out from natural ground and making good the disturbed ground surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh/chain link fencing any type complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum in soft/loose soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters and making good surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to eps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in ncing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplied only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts having neck dia. 05 to 10 mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm and not exc. 10cm long complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe-290 (Grade E-165), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L precast Coloured cement concrete chequered tiles 300x300x25mm thick set jointed and pointed in with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floorings, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 of 60 mm thickness of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment including dismantling & removing old unserviceable paver blocks, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers not exc. 25 cm thick including watering and consolidation, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1 (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in solid building blocks for interlocking tile paver blocks 10 cm thick and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for G I Wire netting 0.9 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc., in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc., including all laps, cutting and waste, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing in cement mortar (1:4), mixing with water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement consumed and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or on other side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6, surface to be finished fair & even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 Ltrs and n.exc 1000 Ltrs, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in positiion after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5 mm thick sheet glass shelf 10 cm wide with chomium plated bracket guard & railing 60 cm long, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair cromimum plated health faucet (Easy flex Chrome Hose, Handset, ABS Body & Bracket) shower with CP flexible pipe up 15 mm bore with 1 m long Easy Flex tube in chrome finish, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 Ltrs and n.exc 1000 Ltrs, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in positiion after cleaning and removing all scale and algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G5/NB-10/Inchlor-5( lab tested chemical) including fixing sticker mentioning "TANK CLEANED ON' with date, month and year, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The cleaning process would follow following stages as under: (a) To drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system (b) Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G5/NB-10/Inchlor-5 chemical. (c) Scrubbing the walls with mechanised scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d) 1st stage of bacteria screening by degermification by using TERBAC G5 halogen compound. (e) Cleaning the floor of the water tank by industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) 2nd stage of bacteria screening & sterilizing method by using UV ray within the tank & killing all suspended bacteria. (g) 3rd stage of bacteria screening by sterilizing the floor of water tank by using strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/NB-60/Inoxi-60. Note: The quoted rate to include for removal of mud, grits and deposits etc properly from site of work and on completion of wk, sterilisation certificate to be submitted to Engineer in Charge. NOTE: (i)Cleaning needs to be done mechanically by authorized dealer/agent as approved by GE. (ii) Chemical shall be approved by GE

M&L preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
