Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured jointfree non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including cutting of roads etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:7:12 type F2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment of sunken floor slab comprises of the following specifications and all as specified (i) M&L for cleaning of the sunken floor of the RCC slab surface including sides by wire brush, chiesel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming / washing completely, laying 40 mm avg thickness PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including 50 mm dia 350 mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with wire guage on inside mouth to be fixed. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral WPC as per manufacturers instruction, fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. where dampness and seepage noticed nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out (iii) All junctions points of side walls where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clean and clear (v) Applyying two coats of pitch free polyurethane elastomeric single compound liquid membrane with UV resistence, approx thickness of layer (1-2mm)(in two coat of min 600 micron each ) with coverage of 0.94 kg per sqm in each coat as per manufactures instructions to bottom and vertical sides up to finished flooor level +100 mm height. When the second layer is still sticky , coarse sand spry shall be carried out or vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral WPC 3 % of cement consumes as per manufacures specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout Note:Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for atleast 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE . Test shall be done in presence of EIC and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. the treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50 mm thk PCC 1:3:6 all around after painting with anticorrossive black japan paint (viii) WPC shall be measured and paid seperately. (ix) Floor area only will be measured for payment purpose.

M & L for matt finish coloured jointless non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450mm X 350mm X 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surfaces of wall such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single piece extruded PVC profiles reinforced with 19 x 19mm MS square tube provided with EPDM rubber gasket weather seal through out the frame and the profile mitre cut at two corners and joined by inserting 2 nos 150mm long brackets of 15 x 15mm MS square tube inside 19 x 19mm MS square tube suitably screwed complete all as specified.

S&F for 35 mm thick Factory made solid EPS core PVC Moulded Door shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design, consisting of frame made out of MS tube 20 mm x 40 mm. The core panel shall consist of 25 mm thick high density EPS routed with design, sandwitched in between front side moulded prelam 2 mm thick Moulded PVC sheet on one face and 2 mm PVC sheet on other side. The shutter on all edges to be sealed with lipping of 10 mm (5mm x 2) thick x 25 mm wide PVC sheet on other side & 60 mm wide PVC sheet for lock lock rail side . the lipping shall be bonded to the 2 mm moulded / plain PVC sheet with solvant cement asas specified and shown in SSR and Particular specification & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note :- The PVC doors shall be fixed as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
