This shall be inclusive of embedding/fixing of angle iron vertical pole/postin newly created PCC block/foundation. Job may also include securing/fastening of angle iron vertical posts/pole on pre-existing blocks as per the directions of engineer-in-charge (Angle iron vertical post/pole shall be provided by department). Structural steel work by way of Providing and fixing of angle iron, MS flat: horizontal and diagonal including its fabrication by way of cutting, fixing in position and applying a coat of approved steel primer inclusive of all leads lifts carriage complete. To be welded or bolted or both as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. 40X40X5 mm angle is to be used and 32X5 mm M.S flat is to be used.
Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fencing of width 5 ft in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge. G.I. chain link fencing shall be made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm
Providing and installing 0.5mm pre profiled Color coated corrugated sheets vertical/curved surface and fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks or galvanized self-drilling screws/ fasteners excluding the cost of angle iron support membersbut including cutting to size / shape wherever required.
Paintingwith synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats shall be applied. Note: GI fencing and corrugated sheets are not to be painted
